The Biden admin is literally bussing, and in some instances flying in, covid-positive illegal aliens all over the country. So either he doesn't think Covid is that serious or he simply doesn't care how many US citizens he kills. Those are the two options.

It's all over the place. Sure thing. One big difference over here in the summer is that we don't do much inside because it isn't usually so hot that one wants to be inside in the air conditioning. If you're in TX or FL you're going to want to be inside during June/July/August quite a bit I would think.
