OMG, stop it. Don't you dare try to suggest most Phds are vaccine hesitant based on that survey.

No one said most, not even the survey, just that they were the group with the highest percentage that were, at like 23%.  Get a grip.  Why won't you cowards call anyone else out?  Because you're political hacks.

Oh yeah, money is no concern here at all.   It's becoming clearer every day that those in power realize that this pandemic is a threat to their power.  Why have we given them power?  To make decisions, because they know what they're doing.  Except they're just making it up as they go, because they don't know what they're doing.  If they did they wouldn't keep contradicting what they said the week before.  And if they don't know what they're doing, then why do we keep giving them power?  Because people like you blindly rush to the front lines to defend them.  What we have now is politicians demanding that doctors get vaccinated.  That's some serious science there.  Because who would know medical science better than politicians?  Certainly not doctors.  I'm pro vaccine.  I'll get the booster if they needed.  And I'll keep asking questions because questioning is far more important than your blind fealty.

If you want to have a debate grounded in logic and reason, I'll humor you. If you have data that shows boosters provide marginal benefit, then let's review it. But the second you imply the FDA is getting paid off by Pfizer to grant approvals for boosters, I'm not interested. I put you a notch above Kz in the intelligence and trolling dept, but it's becoming clearer by the day that you're just as bad.

Same reason minorities, and Phd's are, I guess, yet you all never call them out for it.

That's actually pretty stale news.  Minorities have responded to the summer drives, it's the Trump-y crowd who hasn't budged.

Not true.  They're still holdouts in urban areas.  NYC   https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-data-vaccines.page

Trump hasn't been president for 7 months, and he's still got commies so triggered that they're now arguing that money is not a concern for big pharma. MONEY IS NOT A CONCERN FOR BIG PHARMA!  And I'm sure politicians and officials aren't lousy with investments in pharmaceutical stocks right now.

Um, thank you?  It's right there in the chart you posted.  Latino adults are over whites and blacks are at 45%.  Republicans are in the low 40's still.

I'd be a seller not a buyer of Pfizer right now.

Are you slow? We're talking about the FDA granting approval. Of course Pfizer can submit applications for thousands of drugs, but they can't sell them and make a dime until the FDA gives them the green light. Seriously, how are you still confused by this?

Latinos have been doing better but blacks are still lagging what behind.

It's an issue, and a contributing factor in NYC anyway.

But in the south you're seeing blacks get vaccinated at higher rates now. It's helping.

Southern Republicans.. not so much.

The 2nd generation of vaccines is coming.  Another dozen or so will be entering the fray over the next year.

Pfizer's way too big for this to move the needle much. BNTX and MRNA on the other hand...

Agreed word for word.  But the original point was that minorities have reacted well, some groups better than others, to the vaccine drives.  The Trumpicans have barely budged.

He said crowd, not literally every single person. Take the L, Hanson fan.

He already took an L by marrying a woman who wanted to go to a Hanson concert. His new bride also certainly took an L by marrying him. Lots of L's in that new family, give him a break.

How much is the government paying Pfizer for each dose?

Here, I’ll answer my own question

 the U.S., $14.70 per dose

Keeping it going, Around 200 million Pfizer doses have been administered in the US so far.  That’s around $3 billion dollars. In 8 months. Now you’re talking about boosters. Won’t move the needle much.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/fortune.com/2021/05/04/covid-19-vaccine-pfizer-earnings-revenue/amp/

The COVID vaccine is set to make up more than half of Pfizer’s 2021 revenue

The world’s bestselling drug could be eclipsed by Pfizer’s COVID vaccine sales this year, the company said in its earnings report.

Nothing to do with money

Pfizer is anticipating $26 billion in COVID vaccine sales this year. To put that in perspective: In 2020, all of Pfizer’s revenues added up to $41.9 billion. That means the $26 billion figure for a single product would surpass 60% of the firm’s total sales last year.

Eleventy billion dollars.

I was clearly referring to the share price. Go see how they stack up against BNTX and MRNA in the last 3 months.

You tell me.  Bottom line, Trump was absolutely right, it is a money making operation. Doesn’t mean it’s not necessary, but you can’t discount the windfall.  Well, incurious NPC’s can.

Funny how capitalism suddenly became evil because Trump says so.

Oh please, the implication was obvious. Listen to what he says...

"It's a money making operation... The whole thing is crazy, you wouldn't think you need a booster... All they saw was dollar signs."

So, no, he quite literally is saying they're not needed and the FDA is concerned about Pfizer's bottom line. The FDA isn't in the business of approving drugs for funsies or for kickbacks. Grow up and just admit the guy you defended for 5 years and counting is a corrupt moron and a failure. Or don't and keep aspiring to be just like him instead.
