Don’t no how this passes muster. So COVID-19 is now a work place hazard ? Man that opens a whole can of worms.

Let’s be clear here though. This is going to an OSHA mandate, not a Biden personally issued branding. The right wing nuts are going to twist it into that, be prepared. OSHA is going to give paid time off to go get the vaccine and cover any time missed due to any side effects. I imagine there’s a good amount of people looking forward to that 2 week paid vacation. This is just extending the requirement to make the vaccine mandatory for any and all businesses with more than 100 employees. I’m sure there is some federal money being given to osha who then pays the employers to cover this all anyway. If it’s mandated to remain employed and you’re going to get time off to do it and paid if you have to take off for side effects, then it’s a win-win.
