This is already being done - was implemented in June for healthcare workers.  Hasn’t ended up in court yet.  This is just extending the requirement to make the vaccine mandatory for any and all businesses with more than 100 employees.  I’m sure there is some federal money being given to osha who then pays the employers to cover this all anyway.  If it’s mandated to remain employed and you’re going to get time off to do it and paid if you have to take off for side effects, then it’s a win-win.  Who’s gonna fight it?
