I am far more entertained by this than shipping him out for pennies.  Once they do that, the Sixers will be nothing but a sideshow box score interest for me, if that.  If they dig down deep to see how they can screw over the now most hated athlete in Philadelphia history, well, I'll pay attention.

hate to say it, this is the culture of the sixers by josh harris, he's not a basketball guy, he doesnt care about winning, doesnt know about winning, all he cares about is using embiid to sell tickets that's it, if he cared about winning he would have kept jimmy butler and shipped out ben for kawhi, honestly i dont care if it was for one season that gives us a championship, i would take that over this slop any day of the week. sadly i think after getting rid of butler, that was pretty much the end of this team contending for a championship, now ben wants out, this team is going downhill now.

morey is just a puppet to josh harris, he doesnt seem to care at all that's why the rockets let him go he never won anything. everything that the sixers have done, is all about money with josh harris not winning.

eh....not quite. Elton Brand wanted to trade Ben Simmons years ago, and ownership wouldnt let him. Now, here we are. 

As far as the injury ploy, if Ben played the entirety of game 7, and did not come to the 6ers training staff or team docs afterwards youd think the team can just say its a non-basketball related injury and they still arent paying him. I dont know the ins and outs of how that works in the NBA, but in the NFL thats a non-football injury and the team can withold money.
