I don't need to justify anything. Jokic did more for his team with less talent around him and  that really isn't a debate.

I think jokic wins the mvp.

But i also think the 48 win thing is because 7 teams in the west are just really bad. That’s half the conference. In the east 10 teams finished over .500. There’s only 5 teams below .500. West had 8. I think the top 3 in the west are finals teams prior to the playoffs. Mavs with luka is fringe. I think Miami, Philly, nets, Boston and bucks (before middleton injury) were. I’d argue if you moved the nuggets to the eastern conference this year, i dont believe they win 48 games. I think they are closer to 43-44. I also think the top 7 teams besides Toronto are better than the nuggets.
