We didn’t do a good job boxing guys out. The raptors are only going to win games is if they win the glass and force us into a high amount of turnovers. Which i thought both games in Toronto forced us into a ton of turnovers. This game they did both 

yeah if they face Miami m/bucks/Celtics will employ this strategy with him. I’m not sure the sixers can win those series if embiid is going to play like he did today and game 1 for half those series. If we are being honest i thought Toronto was the better team in this game start to finish and half of game 3. This series might be 3-1 but the last two games it easily could be 2-2 if not for a timeout by doc. felt like today we also played with a lack of energy similar to when we lost to the pistons 

Maxey is the key to the whole thing. They lost game 4 because he was really really bad. There were other factors as well, but if Maxey plays half way decent they win that game. Miami can't beat the sixers if Maxey plays well because they don't have anyone who can guard him. Miami wins easily if Maxey stands around looking lost like he did yesterday.

Maxey doesn't seem ready to pick apart defenses with all jump shots.  He still scores a ton of points in transition and some 3s. When teams go zone and take away his drives,  he's significantly limited. 

I don't think he can't do it.  I think he doesn't have that confidence or mentality yet to constantly be pulling up from all over the court in ISO.

Yeah he’s not there yet but I fully expect him to see what’s happening now, and make those improvements next year. He’s just that type of guy. Unlike our former PG.

Idk Bradford could legitimately say he got hurt and was just never the same player. Bradford wanted to play he was just brittle and injury prone. Teams were dumb to keep paying him assuming he’d ever be what he was when he was drafted after series of injuries. Imo Ben Simmons isn’t even hurt, just doesn’t want to play cause he’s soft and doesn’t care.

I can't think of another name that is this soft and that much of a mental midget. Royce White had mental issues and fear of flying I think but even that is a stretch.

I’d say he’s the Naomi Osaka of the NBA, but Osaka’s actually won some titles. The truly amazing thing about this situation, is that the Nets and their fans really thought that they were going to get more than this.

I love how nets fans all over Twitter when the trade was made were he’s awesome, we won the trade, he’s exactly what we need and do the things he wouldn’t in Philly. My prediction was all nets fans would hate him by the end of next year. Might be sooner than i thought. It’s sad there’s a few nets fans that still defend him now. 

 

It's nice to see that the national media is finally calling out Simmons for what he is. I wonder what the NY media and the fans think about the trade now.

There’s some nets fans still defending him. I said a couple months back i don’t think he ever plays a game for the nets. I still don’t. I think he’s gets dealt this offseason for a collection of role players. I wouldn’t be shocked if a team like the kings, blazers, magic would make that move.
