Welp it's not like we're lighting up our WR's stats is it? Smith our STAR -1 catch last week and while I admit SF D is better, that's a very sad stat line  I'm looking for TE's on 8+ yard routes and Quez on a cross out of the slot.it would help if we took some deep shots EARLY and not wait until we are desperate

It's so bad, I dropped Smith from my Fantasy squad(in all 4 leagues)

Yeah, it's all because of our awesome run game

We have one heck of a punter that is 6-2 / 212. Maybe he can play WR

I usually think it’s about keeping the other team off balance. So if we can run it successfully then we can catch them biting towards the run. And vice versa.

Off balance with what? The awesome ground game (54 yards last week) or the maybe those multiple 1,000 yard WR's we have all over the field?. No the TE's are not doing well either and it's the DEFENSE holding us up once again. But I'm telling you we're not winning this game regardless of the other things unless we USE our TE's. Maybe Jjaw shows up for a play?. The offense is inconsistent or NON existent(sometimes both). Using the TE's early over top of the LB's will pull the LB's back so MAYBE we can have a running game(or Hurts has a little room to take off) and maybe their S's have to play up to open the deeper balls, but for me it starts with the TE's. I'm certain you disagree,so tell me your plan

At this rate we may need him to. Although we can't because we will need him for all the 3 and outs coming up

It’s a shame though Smith was open Hurts missed a few… The under throw in the EZ might have been the biggest one. Also a crossing pattern though in Hurts defense he had Warner right in his face on the throw and just missed Smith still. Want to say was another deep ball that if Hurts got little more on Smith would have at least had a chance at catching instead it was underthrown.

Smith is a pleasant surprise through two weeks actually watching him play.

The answer is neither are doing squat!  Other than that one long completion, the WR's did nothing. So, what is your answer? Let's not throw it at all? Can't throw to the TE's or the WR's. Maybe we toss check downs to our RB's all game?

Gotta get those WR going is my plan. Reagor stepped out of bounds. Quez didn’t play enough. Smitty was underthrown. It’s been there for them though. Dickerson has to pass block though. Can’t be but so harsh since he hasn’t even hardly practiced. He was on skates backwards the whole time though. Almost nothing but to improve from that performance.

Like I said gotta get the D off balance. Get the ball down field opens up the rushing attack and vice versa.

We have to find ways to attack teams at every level…. Right now in the early going we don’t seem to have much of an intermediate passing game and we don’t attack teams over the middle(which hurts us considering two of our biggest weapons on offense do most the damage in the middle of the field Geodart/Ertz).

Looking at the early signs of Gains not sure we will end up bringing Sanders back in two years.

If Gainwell can keep flashing find some consistency as a runner he would seem to be a better fit in Siri offense that likes to use RBs as pass catchers also seems to be ahead as a pass protector.

Two years? Isn't next year his last under contract? So I guess technically that's almost two full years but this time next year the team will need to know what they want to do with Sanders.

Precisely what I want us to do as I said(add Quez on a short cross to this)

Which brings us back to, is Hurts good enough? We don't know yet. By game 5 or 6. I expect to see these connections being completed. Maybe game 7 because this is a rough stretch we have here, but we're gonna have to run with the big boys at some point

If we lose Sanders we are dumber than a truckload of rocks. He's barely been used,it's like he has 2 years of wear on him(if that). It's not like we pound him like Derrick Henry. We extended his career because we don't use him LOL

I say keep him. We have noone else to spend big money on really. WR's-cheap,Hurts is cheap and a boatload of cheap draft picks coming. Maybe we can buy a CB or 3. I am pleasantly surprised how he(Gains) easily took out Scott. He's a fast learner

Umm I agree to an extent. I think they should try and keep Sanders but it comes down to price. What's he going to ask for? I suspect a very very good RB salary so is it worth investing that kind of money in to the position?

So far, Hurts has not shown me he is worth keeping as the starter moving forward. It is only 2 games. I understand that and I am hopeful he changes my mind. But he has done nothing to WOW me yet. He is a starter, but is he elite? So far the answer is no.  Siri has shown a spark as a head coach though. Yes, he has made some mistakes and there have been some bad decisions going for it on fourth downs. But, he seems to have a grasp on the direction he wants this team to take. To be honest, I flat out thought he was a joke before this season started, so this is a pleasant surprise.....

Should the Eagles make an offer for Jamie Collins? LB from Detroit and 31, but he is better than what we have..... Maybe a fourth or Fifth rounder? Or even make it conditional...?

I don't know how you can determine whether or not he is worth keeping since he doesn't get enough touches.

I understand that my friend. I clarified my statement that I understood it was only 2 games. I was just making my observation as of game 2. I realize it is way too early to draw any concrete conclusion.... I still hope he proves his worth as I want those draft picks in 2022 spent elsewhere....

I can't understand why you keep 3 RBs that are clones of each other. I can't believe they can't find 1 big RB that is worth having on the roster.

Micah Parsons said he wanted to get after Justin Herbert.

What about Philadelphia’s Jalen Hurts?

"I mean, I want all of them. Herbert was just the guy I had that week.

"Hurts, he is on the hit list, too. You’ve got to look at it like I’m going to be the Terminator out there.”

I want to see how he does if Mailata is opposite him lol

No need to keep harping on the same price issues. That is always a given. If we think he's worth it he stays ,if not he's gone. That is above my pay grade. My point was he was barely used by us,so if he wants the "going rate" than we have a back who knows the team with only a little wear on the tires and we'd be dumb to let that go. Like I said we aren't pounding him like Derrick Henry or anything

Welp,I got bashed(as usual) for mentioning we could possibly take a round 1 QB next year. NO, NO, HURTS IS OUR GUY!!!! Well, personally I don't know that yet,so for me that remains on the table. Other things are holding up me making that call, the one that bothers me most is once again our lack of a running game. The O line seems to be ok at pass pro,but I see noone opening gaping holes anywhere you could drive a truck through. So without that running game it sure makes Hurts job more difficult

They say the same thing every week. Just put the first presser on a loop and play it every week.
