Yeah, like we won't face them in a play off scenario LOL. Once again, we aren't facing them due the the easiest schedule 2 years in a row(because of those "downgrades" you mention). Maybe another year of one and done when we DO have to face them. Don't care if we win 14 games if we can't win ONE at playoff time

We aren't facing those WRs ...because they got traded and Hopkins got suspended.  Why is it hard to understand.  Those teams that had the stud WRs last year are no longer there.

Again....my point, if anyone doesn't see 2 or 3 more wins than last year, it's because you don't think last year was legit and or you don't believe in the QB.   The secondary sucked last year, it's not a factor when comparing the two seasons.

Week 10 we play Washington, Week 11 Indy, Week 12  Packers  , Week 13 Titans

that’s a tough stretch of the season it looks like right now

How many at home?

Those non stud guys were better than our secondary last year too.  Nothing changed there.   We however,  upgraded tremendously in our front 7 and our WR group.

If nothing changed, you didn't improve

It’s Burks and Woods instead of Brown. Teams have to make choices. Allocate money all around the whole team.

Burks has done nothing and woods is coming off an ACL… I’m the biggest woods fan on this board. But that duo doesn’t concern me as much as Brown alone

1.  I could argue that point....being ww face AFC South vs the AFC West.   And instead of Brady, we face Winston.

But I'll skip that part. Because you can say Rodgers and Cousins.

2.   Your point keeps going back to my main point that some how keeps getting skipped.  Which is anything that makes you feel less legit about our wins last year...is a huge reason why anyone wouldn't see a huge improvement in the record this year.

OK, What do you think? Was last year a smoke screen or do you think it was legit? You say there is no reason that they should not win at least 12 games. But you keep leaving yourself an out that maybe they were not as good as their 9 win season last year. Which is it? Because you are not really predicting anything with your posts. Whatever happens you can say you were right. So make a stand. What do you really think they will do? Knowing who they played last year and the QB's they faced along with the WR's that are no longer here to address.....

Stine.  I think it's clear.  I have said they haven't beaten a 9 win or better team with the opponent's starting QB since October 2019.   I've made the point that we weren't that good until Detroit,  the Jets and the 3rd string QBs popped up. I think I've been clear about how I feel about a QB who can't throw running to his left and only throws it 52 yards with a full windup.

My point remains... if you disagree with me, and think last year was a legit 9 wins.  Then all the offseason moves and the QB going into year 3 ( if you think he is legit)  should mean you think 12-14 wins this year.

The secondary sucked last year.. that's a constant, and it got you 9 wins.  The massive improvement on the front 7 and the WR group, coupled with the schedule this year.  That's enough for a lot more wins.    Only way you don't think that is to agree with me that the 9 wins was BS and the QB ain't that good.  It's not because of Nelson and McCloud vs their replacements.

OK, so you do not think last year was legit. Therefore, you do not think they are a legit 12 win team, correct?

Ham, here is someone else that believes in Hurts......

Correct!  Should be obvious.  But anyone who thinks last year was legit and they like the QB... should think we have 12-14 wins... no reason not to.

Let's put it this way ... they didn't jump from 7 wins to a Superbowl because of Patrick Robinson

OK, so I predicted 9 wins plus or minus a game. You basically agree with this assessment based on your opinion. Correct?

Just trying to get a prediction out of you lol

We get NO first round pick next year. Quickly looking at their schedule:

Play and lose to TB twice, Lose to Cincy, Arizona, Raiders, Balt, rams, SF, Cleve, Philly. That is 10

Win twice vs car and Atl, that is 4

up in the air - Minn, Seattle, Pitt -

So, NO can go anywhere from 4-7 wins IMO.  That is a top 10 pick next draft. Here is hoping they fall flat on their faces!! Imagine 4 wins..... Would have to be top 5.....

Why are we signing all these WR's???? Makes no sense while we continue to ignore the secondary LOL. I understand you try to make the room better, even BU's, but this is overkill LOL. It doesn't hurt anything, just seems odd to keep signing more and more camp WR's

Just to put this into perspective…. We now have 11 WRs on roster…. We have 11 CBs on roster and we have 6 S so 17 total DBs.

Lot of young guys to try and help reshape these units. Early part of camp to me should be looking at the young guys seeing what they have. If we still have concerns can always look to add a vet later on.

Been on record saying I don’t think NO will be a good team this year. Would not be shocked if we get a top 10 pick from them

New Orleans has Tampa Bays number. They probably beat them twice next year.

Anywhere from 9 to 14 wins.  Depends on the QB.   Did anyone predict 2 losses in 2017?     The improvements were made to the WR group and depth added to the DL... the QB stepped up and they dominated.   I think they do the same if the QB steps up.   I think its possible he doesn't and they stay mediocre.  I think it's possible he has a " slight upgrade and they maybe win one or two more games.

The schedule is there, Dallas,AZand Indy as your tough road games, none scare me.  Green Bay,  Tennessee and New Orleans at home... don't scare me either, huge upgrade to the Saints in the WR group and if they get a healthy Winston for continuity.  But what do they lose without Payton?    You  can't tell me a whole new WR group isn't going to effect Rodgers.

Time is right if Hurts makes serious improvement to dominate this year.

That was with a different HC. New regimen, new result....

We shall see.... new players added too. That could be more of a factor than the coach.

Well, I think they can win anywhere from 1-17!  LOL..... Depends on how we play.....

Well... if they don't win a lot of games... why would you think that is? Do you think they will feel the major losses of Nelson and McCloud... or that the QB struggles in games where the opponent forces him to throw ?

Let me ask you another question. We have Josh Allen,  Aaron Rodgers or Mahomes.... you see it being less than say 13 or 14 wins?

The same lackluster QB play though

Depends on coaching. not my point though. predicting a 6 win window is no prediction at all. So you are basically non committed with a win total.

We signed James Bradberry people can stop worrying about CB now lol

1 year 10m deal for him

So Eagles now have two pro bowl CBs pretty good slot CB, Avg. S, improved pass rushers, beefed up the run D, and good looking LB room.

Not much excuse for this D unit not to be good
