Probably I bailed after the Bengals game. Meaning I still watched them like usual I just didn't bother with my game day routine anymore. That whole season was just weird and a blur

Hey when I was in Tombstone there was a place that claimed to have authentic cheesesteaks because that is where the owner was from!

HE was not fooling this thing is absolutely amazing!

The steak is seasoned wonderfully and it's tender with just the right amount of cheese melted in. The roll could stand to be a bit more crusty and chewy on the outside but, it came wrapped so it probably got a little soft form that so I won't count that against it. The roll is still really good otherwise. 

Looks naked with no onions and the wrong cheese.

I'm working on an idea along these lines but instead of a livestream, (which if I forgot to start it or my power went out or whatever, it wouldn't happen), I'm thinking that a generic video of about 5 hours in length might work. I could create and upload 16 videos and set them to premiere 30 to 60 minutes before kickoff. 

I believe that will generate the live chat capabilities, which I believe would run for the length of the video. 

I'm going to make a generic video and upload it, then set it to premiere and see what happens. I'll make it a shorter video of 30 to 60 minutes just as test. Once it's all set, I'll post the link. Of course, anyone that's a subscriber should get a notification of it once I set it up.

Was a guy in Tucson years ago who was from Philly area. Named Tony. His restaurant was greasy Tony’s. Probably the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had out here. Plus would watch eagles games with him. Passed away and they closed it. If you watch revenge of the nerds booger actually wears his restaurants shirt.

Foreigner perspective - I don't know anyone here who would willingly choose American cheese over real cheese. Tastes so artificial🤢

It was good though, like I said it was wrapped up and I was a few minutes late getting there so probably lost some texture. Otherwise great roll.

I was gonna say when I saw the pic- you lost the crust on that roll due to wrapping it to go. Thats a shame. But Im glad it lived up to expectations. I told ya. That place is amazing.

Once I opened it and let it breath some the roll stiffened up some. Like I said I won't hold it against it. That was on me not the roll. Still great roll otherwise

That's what all the burger joints use is Kraft single type stuff. Even a lot of chefs and grill masters will use pre-sliced American on cheeseburgers. 

Cooper sharp cheese is just sharp American cheese

Good on you for realizing that. A Google image search of hecky's hamburg, pic shows clear evidence of crustiness on the rolls when you get them and eat it there.
