Watching Wash/NYG, I realized the Eagles have the best HC in the division.

Too soon.

Alright all you second cousins, get your predictions in. I had 53 last week and only 26 so far.

At least 6 arrests and multiple 'altercations' with SF fans.

I'll update the score later...  no need to rush it.

A tad early , but if Hurts pans out , I would go

Demarvin Leal

Majai  Sanders

Nakobe Dean

Lets calm down.  We are coming off a win against one of the 3 worst teams in football.  Lets get through a 49er team with a whole lot more offensive fire power before we start crowning anyone.

See we don't know if that's true either.

Makes me laugh hearing people make assumptions about teams after 1 game.

Remember Wentz rookie year?  Didn't we start out 3-0, had a nice win vs a good Steelers team.  Then they struggled the rest of the year.

What you see from most teams week 1 won't be the same the rest of the way.  I don't think Atlanta is a bottom 3 team and I still think the Eagles wil win around 6, 7 games.

When was the last game at home with fans? 6 arrests may be on the low side lol.

Amazing what happens when the RT goes out for 10 games on suspension.

Yeah, looking for a slam dunk prediction.  I almost missed my last one.

My point is right now Sirianni is the tallest midget.

Atlanta is not a good team, they weren't last year and nothing seems different. Pitts may turn out to be a good player, but everything starts with the OL, and the Falcon defense, well . . .

But dominating on the road against any team is a good sign for a new HC, even bad teams will bring it at times in front of their fans.

17-28 49ers @LeanMeanGM Hurts fumbles

Sure.  Doug dominated the Browns in Week 1 in a road game with a rookie QB.  Then become a bumbling idiot... according to you.  Maybe we should wait to evaluate Sirianni.  Let the season play out.  The start is encouraging, but proves nothing.

I think we might need more than 2 games before passing judgment on Toney

didn’t  he miss time during preseason with a injury , and COVID protocol?

I'm not going to pass judgment on Toney but I don't think he was a good pick for the Giants.  They have other bigger needs and there were better prospects at other positions, in particular on the o-line, that would have made more sense for them.  I also think Toney was probably selected higher than other receivers who may be better prospects.  I also think Toney has a point being frustrated at his usage.

Auburn has a safety named Smoke Monday. Something to watch if anyone watches PSU/Auburn this week.

I love names that are also sentences.

It will be interesting and entertaining that they are doing an in season Hard Knocks for the Colts in November.

I can't see this team spend a first round pick on a Linebacker or Safety.  It just doesn't align with their perceptions of value.

I would anticipate 2 linemen and a CB.

I've got to hand it to you.  Every single take you have on this blog is horrendous.  You're very consistent at least.

You have to get backers early these days , and Dean can cover , get after the QB and play the run

Leal can move around the line , primarily I would keep him inside

Sanders is a long athletic edge rusher  who offers speed and power

Eagles 27

49ers 17

Jalen hurts over 300 yards passing.

My guess....Sirianni wants the new guys to appreciate that this is their house before the home opener.

Maybe a little campy, but if it provides a sliver of additional motivation/inspiration, then it's a smart move.

Meh...it was more than just missing the RT.

They over achieved the first 3 games then came down to reality the rest of the year.

Wouldn't surprise me if this team does the same.
