Pauline said it before the combine so it’s a while ago that was said. Not sure on the pro day

I see why but I'm not sure it would be worth a 2nd...I wouldn't mind a 3rd though.  If they are pushing people down then there are some good DL who could drop as well. I'd love to have him but they have so many holes they can sit there and take the best 2 and then trade back with the other.

Those positions needed a double dip too. Cant double dip them all. 

I could have double dipped edge with Karalaftis and Ebiketie, but the pair of DTs was a better pair of players.

My thought process is he’s the only blue chip prospect in this class, and would have an immediate impact in our secondary. We need defensive cornerstones & he would be a great start for that. Still have the other 2 1sts to add to the DL

 

RE: Jeremiah's mock. I just have a hard time believe we'd take an off-ball LB over a CB. Strongly is worth the risk.

Not sure I love a double dip in round 1 but from a value POV it's hard to argue with Davis/Wyatt there. Either way I'm 100% fine with 2 DTs this draft. Cox is aging, Williams is looking good but may be better off at DE, and Hargrave is only signed for another year. Young talent is needed big time.

We do not need to double dip on RB or S, unless Hamilton falls into our laps early. Otherwise you have Kary Vincent who should be a S IMO, Epps and a Cine/Pitre/Cross/Joseph/McKinley rookie along with Harris, Chachere and Wallace. We also need a better CB than Cam. I’m a fan of Wyatt for sure though.
