This guy gets it too.

If you don't have the Oline(we do) the QB can go through his reads and get the ball out, WRs are pointless

If you don't have a QB who CANT go through his reads, or CANT make the throws, a WR is pointless.

Next 2-3 years should be defense focused. We're either gonna have Hurts or a rookie QB. Both of which need to rely on a defense so they can grow on the offenseive side of the ball.

^I'd probably think a little different if we didn't have Smith, DG, or a decent running game, but we do.

Like sands through a hourglass, so are the days of our lives.

A very heated battle already today between @Bacarty2 and @RememberTheKoy for worst hot takes.

RTK took an early lead, but bacarty has got himself back in the race.  Will be a battle to the finish.

Problem I have with this is I believe finding or drafting a QB fitting the description is not difficult as advertised. Sure alot of QBs we've seen drafted are trash, but also have seen plenty capable. Sometimes context matters. Wentz could do that, guy is just a hero ball turnover machine made of glass pos teammate.

The Rams and Bengals just met in the Super Bowl with elite WR corps and bottom 10 OL and people are still treating the WR position like it's 1990.

Lol I was split 50/50 but should've known.

We are just about at the point where we have to take a CB in round 1 if we want a future stud to take over when Slay is gone.

Howie went slowly in FA because he had 3 1st round draft picks that would be playing. But more players have signed,  and he's down to 2 1st round picks.

It doesn’t make sense what they’re doing, paying and wasting 30 plus year olds like Slay, BG, and Cox, plus brining back Harris.
Johnson and Kelce are slightly different, they can help a QB to develop by giving him 3-3.3 seconds to read the field and pass the ball.
Kelce sets the protection on every play and a real QB could learn a ton from him, but again, they’re wasting Kelce’s talents on a RB trying to play QB.
At this point I don’t care, I hope they like one of the QB’s in this draft, enough wasting time just to move the team sideways or backwards.

Rams were not a bottom 10 OL, probably middle of the pack, but yes, elite WR groups, and don't forget elite QB's are the new NFL

You could give those teams the Eagles line, and put Hurts at QB, and they don't sniff the Super Bowl.

But they can not do anything for a RB playing QB who bails those clean pockets and runs around like a chicken with his head cut off.

Blanking on the poster but the guy really hoping for Corral or Ridder being drafted here I'm all in.

Has there ever been an offseason where the constant narrative is the Eagles pushed hard but couldn't lock down a player?

We did land 1

Would anyone actually be upset with this haul? I even got TWO white WR's for the resident EMB racists. Hall will play on the edge.

Ive taken Booker in a few of the mock simulations. Havent really seen many jump on the train. Posted a video last night that contained a snippet of this interview where he talked a little bit about Dickerson. Here is the whole interview. Its entertaining to hear these guys talk football. I dont know who wouldnt want this guy. Hes incredibly underrated by the online draft community right now.

Yeah, this is not applicable to today's NFL. And easy for him to say with Jerry Rice

I don’t disagree with this take, except that TE is even below WR.

Not that the position isn’t worthwhile, but there are many others you have to get set before you consider it.

I know but I'm referring to all of these misses.  Just seems like we've heard a lot this year.

Smh all for nothing all the time. Hoping for McDuffie at 18. Not sure how he is still there, some of our fans underrating him.

I love it. 2 of my absolute favorite WRs in the draft. They may be 2 of my top 3 actually. But Phillips should be going in round 2, or early round 3. I dont think Phillips is white though.

McKinley was one of my boys from very early on. Same for Zamir White.

Id love the haul. I love Logan Hall. Lots of strength added to the DL with him and Davis.

You basically got a ton of my guys.

Im ok with any QB gamble because Hurts sucks so much. Only 2 I dont know much about- Evans and Rose.

I think he, Sauce and Stingley are gone by 15. My target is Booth at 18.

Wouldn't be mad but I've changed my stance on Davis and he won't be there. Now I have him drafted 10-12 range or possibly even earlier in some kind of surprise trade up.

Evans is a nice 6'2" CB with good length. I was targeting McCollum, but he went at 110.

And yeah, I'm prettttty sure Kyle is white bread...
