However, the player's backpack will be empty (apart from the automatically given Military Pamphlet and Boston QZ Map, plus any Training Manuals acquired previously), and they will need to collect all of the collectibles and weapons again. When acquired, weapons will however retain any upgrades from previous playthroughs. The difficulty selection for New Game Plus is limited to the highest difficulty the player finished their previous New Game save on or lower.
June 5, 20205 yr I was today years old when I learned that you can wield the bricks as a handheld/melee weapon in The Last of Us, and not just as a throwable/projectile item...

Some dude playing through the game using no guns, no bows, no moltovs, no explosive cans. Was a few locations you HAVE to use a gun in the game, and a small number of fights (bloater in gymnasium) that you can't beat without using weapons.. but its fun way to kill time "working" on a Friday

That part in the flooded basement in Pitt where you have to start the generator then book to the door w the keycard still gets my arm hair standing up lol.

June 7, 20205 yr no clue how many times I’ve played this, but I feel like finding this weapons upgrade manual inside a pull-down attic in a house after you’ve escaped Pittsburgh and the sewers just a moment ago was the first time ever for me
June 9, 20205 yr Beat it in 3 sittings on new game plus normal... none of which were that long of playthroughs (tonight was maybe an hour). I think I only died 4-5 total times. All but one by clickers. Twice when fighting off the horde with David.

The first video was Troy Baker (Joel) and Nolan North (cannibal David... more famously Nathan drake) finishing a playthrough of the original game and then Ashley Johnson (Ellie) and Neil Druckman (game creative director, as well as UC1/2 and TLOU2) discussing their experiences making the first game. second video is like 5-6 years old and seems like a documentary of sorts following the team as they created the first. Everything from designers, programmers, the chick who created the UI interface for selecting weapons, etc. nothing involving or spoiling/mentioning TLOU2

Ran into him randomly at O'Hare airport like 2yrs ago...Nice dude. So if you buy digital, can you migrate it to the PS5 later? My fear of not being able to is the only reason I bought a physical copy.

Uncharted4, Star Wars Battle Front II, Call of Duty WWII, Shadow of the Colossus, The Last of Us Remastered, Bioshock: The Collection, Titanfall II, Nioh, Detroit Become Human, MLB The Show, Batman, Borderlands, Modern Warfare, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection. They are usually older games, but I enjoy being able to hit a few I was interested in, but missed, later on.

I forgot about a bunch of those because I either already had them or didn't want them(call of duty)

I DLed CD WWII bc I love WWII stories re-told, but man that game is weak AF. Glad I didn't pay money for that ish. I'd pay a lot of money for a Medal of Honor remake. Frontline specifically if I remember correct.
