Burrow - has taken 43 "hits while passing”, plus 25 scrambles (rushes on designed pass plays). 68 rush attempts, which for the sake of argument would include those scrambles….that’s 111 hits over 14 games, or about 8 times a game he gets hit.

 

Hurts has taken 22 hits, but with….156 rush attempts (lol), he has taken approximately 178 hits so far. Or about 13 a game. One and a half more hits per game than Burrow.

 

Now I’m sure RTK will twist this that Burrow takes more serious hits, but he’ll have absolutely no way to prove that, and generally speaking, the more hits you take, the more likely you take bigger hits than somebody who doesn’t get hit as much. Also, taking so many hits has a cumulative effect.

Yup I can't imagine any world where Siri let's hurts play on Sunday, but it's to the eagles advantage to keep the cowboys guessing which QB they will be facing.

Watching the Bengals.  He gets the crap kicked out of him every game.  That's what made his Super Bowl run so impressive is just how his offensive line was offering no resistance whatsoever.  The rebuilt offensive line has gotten a bit better as this year has gone on but he still takes a ton of terrible hits.
