May 27, 20242 yr As long as the Phils offense is scoring at least 2 runs per inning they can win with this loser Walker
May 27, 20242 yr Money is the only possible justification for Walker being in the rotation over Turnbull.

This is on Dombrowski and the Phillies not wanting to admit it was a lousy contract. At this point he’s been bad in 4 of 6 starts and last year he wasn’t very good. You have another option in turnbull. I could at least understand if turnbull sucked and we didn’t have that option. But we do.
May 27, 20242 yr The offense this road trip besides the 9th inning of Saturdays game has been dog crap going to wind up going 2-4 on this road trip. Which is pathetic cause the Rockies and giants are lousy
May 27, 20242 yr Bohm on pace for 30 errors on the season. As good as he’s been with RISP and hitting, he’s been absolutely bad in the field. JFC can we not play merrifield? The dude is awful in the field and hitting. Another bust contract the Phillies refuse to accept as a bust. this game is over cause you have a team that refuses to admit Walker sucks and merrifield also sucks.

May 27, 20242 yr Why the F are we using strahm down 4 runs with one inning left and the bottom of the lineup coming up? Feels like a waste of strahm when you might need him tomorrow and Wednesday
May 27, 20242 yr It’s comical this team keeps platooning marsh meanwhile Castellanos is hitting below .200 and Rojas has been bad for much of the last month.

He's hitting .196 and his OBP is .296. Frankly i think Clemens is going to cool off. Better off playing Rojas over pache and hoping the lightbulb moment happens. The issue is it wouldn’t be a big issue to have Rojas learning on the job and going through these struggles if Castellanos wasn’t dog crap. Like the fact he’s hitting below .200 again and just swinging at everything tells you what you need to know. They should’ve just ate part of the contract and moved off of him. Now it’s going to be even more impossible to trade Castellanos this offseason. At least last offseason he was coming off an all star season and showed he could get hot in a postseason.

May 28, 20242 yr ERAs of Phillies Starters Suarez - 1.75 Wheeler - 2.53 Nola - 3.04 Sanchez - 3.15 Walker - 5.51 Walker has given up more earned runs than every starter but Nola, and Nola has pitched more than twice as many innings as Walker. F you Topper and F you Dombrowski for continuing to trot that loser out there.
May 28, 20242 yr Walker can’t get out of town faster. This guy is a problem and he admits he isn’t confident and they still put him out there

May 28, 20242 yr The sad part is that everyone knows the Phils have a better option already on the roster in Turnbull. That's what makes it so much more infuriating.

If rumors are true and Kyle Tucker becomes available if the Astros are out of it by deadline they should go all in. He allows you to have an everyday OF that can rake and play LF/RF. The Phillies want to platoon marsh and Rojas anyways. Can also platoon Castellanos with marsh when the matchup calls for it. the issue is will he become available at the deadline and the Phillies be willing to give up a package like Crawford/aidan miller, Abel and Caba/ricconnes. I’d 100% do it for tucker. What are your thoughts about …

He’d definitely help and is an improvemwnt. but I’m not giving up Abel, painter, Crawford or Aidan miller for him. Those guys are untouchable unless I’m getting someone like Kyle Tucker
