They don’t even deserve to be here, you limp your way to the postseason, playing poorly all year offensively and the bullpen atrocious, celebrating like you have a chance is just how stupid everyone is on this team. This is the worst phillies team to make the postseason. Blow this crap up please.

Honestly, this game again comes down to the two things. Dave has failed to do. The bullpen is a disaster outside of Duran when he’s not asked to go multiple innings. McFarlane is a rookie. Frankly, he should’ve been up in like June to give him more time. I feel late because they called him up late. They just threw them into the pressure cooker. If you would’ve brought them up in June, you could’ve gradually pushed them into that. This feels like you’re pushing him towards being what happened with Kerkering. Where threw him into the deep end and it never worked out. Bowlan should’ve pitched some time this weekend so you could know what he is going into this game. Plus so he wouldn’t be rusty cause he hasn’t pitched at September 17. Everybody else in the bullpen is not good. So they have like one reliable guy and a rookie they’re hoping pans out.

The other issue, middle of the order right handed back. Bryce Harper was awful today. Granted Alec Bohm looked good behind him, but the Braves were going to make him beat them. And kudos to him because he actually hit well today. The issue is you need that power right handed bat in the middle of the lineup. It pushes guys down and it gives you more depth. It makes your lineup much harder to go through. The Phillies have d!cked around with this since Rhys hoskins got hurt and haven’t done it. Again, if you get that guy, your fortunes may have been different.
