So now that he is gone there was a bit about who gets to use the confuse emojis.

Person 1 made the joke and then 6 people replied to it with confuse emojis.

Person1 then made a follow up joke that he was keeping track of the names.

We all laughed and had a good time.

I’ll never understand it. Purdy doesn’t play defense. Josh Johnson doesn’t play defense. We hung 31 on this "vaunted” defense. Take away DeVonta catch that led to TD and it’s still 24-7.

• Hurts took a deep ball risk that was picked.
• Quez fell down, got back up, and did not bother to factor DBs closing in so he fumbled since he was not protecting the ball.
• Goedert was assaulted with a vicious facemask pull so the fumble was illegal. The refs let it stand.

 

 

 

I don’t think Washington was the "blue print game” it was Chicago. And to be fair, Hurts hasn’t looked like the same passer since that game. Maybe it was him still dealing with the shoulder, maybe it was them not having to rely on the pass game since the game was over by the first half of both playoff games, and maybe it was them playing conservative in the last game of the regular season against the Giants. But what I do know is that it couldn’t have worked out better for the utilization of Hurts coming into this game. He hasn’t had a lot of strain the past month plus and they’re going to need his arm to win this game. I don’t think he’s 100% but at this point of the season, no one is. Mahomes certainly isn’t. 
 

The good news is that this team can win in a multitude of ways not necessarily relying on Hurts’ arm. I do think they’ll need him, but there is a path between the defense and run game if they decide to go that route. I think they can bully KC to a victory.

Not much speculation needed.  You notice when someone is gone for 2 weeks or a month and then you have a really good idea how many points they have. 

This is like a high school basketball game where the refs have one team in the double bonus, and the other still only had 2 fouls called. Very lopsided officiating.

While I understand the mods and their purpose it still feels inherently wrong that another poster who had similar multiple suspensions and warnings was allowed to talk about swastikas, more than once, after being publicly warned by mods to stop, and it took another casually racist post to finally get banned. Meanwhile the only explanation of "enough is enough” is given when there isn’t even a specific post to point to that broke the camels back.

4x4 might not be everyone’s cup of tea but almost no one had an issue with constantly engaging him for pages as well. 

Shame to see him banned right before the Super Bowl.

I'm not so sure this is a case where we need to accept what we cant control. 

I think as almost all of us contribute monetarily to run this place, we should have and say on how it gets run. 

There needs to be open discussion on this without fear of retribution by mods for criticizing. Because this moderation  system is clearly not working properly.  

Having only 1 or 2 active mods causes a lot of issues.  

We have now lost a bunch of members recently. Some long time,  valued members ( maybe some liked 4for4, surely most liked JR).  One is banned because we are now pandering to the lowest common denominator. The other is gone by his own choice because this place has become so damaged. We have also seen Veejer pop in and decide to stay away.

VA has put a lot of blood sweat and tears in to this place.  I know he is busy with far more important personal issues. But I'm sure he doesnt want to see this place continue to crumble either. It's a special place to all of us.  That's why he made it.  Why he continues to pour so much time in to it despite what he has going on.  That's why we came here.   That's why we support it. 

We decided Reddit doesnt work for us.  What we are finding is,  here isn't working for us either.  

Needs to be fixed. Or more will be banned. More will quit. And this place will fall apart.
