when you made jokes about posters mothers, some of whom are dead. you were told to stop, it wasn't appropriate but you did it again. why then did you not get any points or a suspension? thats the entire argument being made. why are some posters given free reign to insult and be an a hole, but others are banned?

It depends on the definition of friend. Im not friends with anyone on here. I will never mix EMB with real life. Some of those guys are facebook friends. I wont even do that.

Have I received messages from DUM, and 4for4 since the banning letting me know where they are going to begin posting next? Yes I have.

I do act differently than them. I dont hold grudges. 

I might call names. I think I have done better than I used to many years ago when I was younger. But I wont follow people around, and make passive aggressive remarks. Ill debate and argue but then Ill move on and we can have a friendly discussion about something else right after.

I have been very anti-Hurts before the season, and at times earlier in the season. And he still has some stuff to prove. And I was a legitimately big fan or carson strong. I have been trolled by the RTK side, and lumped in with the 4for4/DUM side just for having those opinions although, Ive never joined them in attacking RTK or calling anyone names, or following them around in other threads.

I have even had PM discussions with DUM and 4for4 telling them to back off, and act differently, hoping to help them stick around before they continued getting themselves in trouble.

I have pleaded with them to leave the CVON gotcha style posts out of here.

I dont consider myself one of them. But I do think theyve been treated unfairly with a disproportionate number of warnings/points/suspensions/and bans in this mess. If it had to be modded, it should have been much more even.

At this point, there are numerous small groups who are all upset about different things. It becomes very convoluted to try to sort out who is mad at whom and why. 

In the end, it became this big of a mess because of a broken moderation system that needs to be fixed. People quit. People got banned. People who deserved to be banned are here with at most a slap on the wrist. And all sides are still upset. What has this moderation system solved? Look at what we are discussing in the eve of the super bowl? What a mess.

The events and sidetracking of this blog could and should have been avoided if anyone in charge was willing to hear out the issues with moderation and take action to improve it. Me and TorontoEagle started raising questions/concerns months and months ago. We have gotten nowhere, and this mess has only gotten worse.

I don't think there should be any permanent bans except for posting some law breaking level stuff or posts/behavior that goes way too far.  Suspensions are fine but again doing so right before the Super Bowl just seems too strong of a reaction for the timing of it.  That said people that are going around trying to complain about it and now throw my name around are now starting to go with nonsense reasoning need to realize these weren't choir boys that got banned.  I have absolutely nothing to do with them acting like they do.  Both have been on ignore for over a year.  I purposely avoid interacting with them because all that will do is make me get banned.

If people I have on ignore are losing their crap over what I'm posting and are trying to gang up on other people here for some reason as a result of me then that has nothing at all to do with me.  That's their fault.  If they have an issue with my posts then just put me on ignore.

No, No, No, No.  it became this big of a mess because posters treated this thread like Rant and Rave.  They showed neither self discipline nor respect for their fellow fans. The name of the game was "How big of a rise can I get?”

I let go of my disdain for 4for4/DUM’s suspensions/bans because we play in the Super Bowl tomorrow. If I can y’all should too, whether for or against. Stop kicking a dead horse. It’s game time.
