Would you?  With the division on the line, they laid an egg to Jacksonville and looked awful against DC.

No, the only thing I would say is that Tampa has played poorly too.  It's not like they have been on a good run. Dallas came up small against Washington but had been playing OK before that game.

    Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Oh yeah, lots of good info on them walls

And they barely held on to win that game.  They got very lucky with a ball that should have been intercepted bouncing off the DB's knee into the arms of Torrey Smith, turned it into a first down and stole a FG at the end of the half, rather than giving one up.

Yup.

My point is that a bad start doesn't mean a win/loss. Also, in the 2017 NFCCG: Vikings score on their first possession and we punted. It's a 60 minute game.

That's a weird comment if he's not retiring.

Keeping the Jersey he wore for his last game for Green Bay?

May not retire but I bet he knows he just played his last game wearing those colors...

14-3 record. Most wins in a season in franchise history. Got the 1 seed and are division champions and we still having some doubts going into the playoffs.

Doubts ... or doubters?

Howie winning both Saints' trades + this is icing on a cake.

If Dak wants to choke a game away, that Bucs defense may be opportunistic enough to take it.

And the cowboys D isnt great. The Bucs should be able to score a few points.

I could see an upset happening.

Swami Says three upsets this week. Jags Giants and Bucs all move to the Divisional Round.

It’s not black and white or mutually exclusive. You can be happy about the overall regular season and call it a success. While also being concerned with how the season ended the last month. Both statements can be true.

You don't hear a lot of athletes that say that they needed to humble themselves.  Refreshing.

Having CJGJ back helps with that a little.  Much better than having Scott out there.

CJGJ played nickel when they went nickel yesterday and Blankenship came in as the S.  No Scott at all.  Have to say, I am disappointed, given Scott’s showing that they haven’t had McPhearson play some nickel.

I know.  That's what I was saying.  Blankenship can't play nickel even a little, but doesn't have to.  CJGJ plays nickel and Scott stays on the sidelines... where he belongs.

Prediction winner for the final regular season goes to...

@downundermike who was one point away from a perfect prediction with a score of 23-16 Eagles.

Bonus Winners are:

@Casey @ Bat Smith breaks reception record

@DrPhilly Boston Scott anytime TD

@UndyTaker Hurts has 5+ rushes

Other "Bonus" "Winners" are:

@e-a-g-l-e-s eagles! and @pisceschica with Golladay doesn't get 76 catches and misses out on his bonus

@Godfather Eagles play the Giants on Sunday

I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul

Not sure Joseph is HOF material but he, Cox and Hargrave probably infused a lot of knowledge on Davis.  Certainly no reason to rush Davis from a high ankle sprain.  Probably promised Joseph and Suh some playing time to get them to sign too. You can see a bit of the impact on Williams from having Suh around. Williams isn’t going to be a bull player but you see presnap how some times Suh is standing like a 3/4 end.  He’s ready in the event of a quick snap and can survey behind the line before he puts his hand on the ground. Thought that was for a 3/4 look hiding a bit of what Reddick might do on the play but I think it is more than a disguise. Saw Williams mimic that.

Dean, I am not so sold on.  Thought we would get Edwards level instincts but his STs play makes me wonder.  Thing is, he does seem to be a try every play sort of guy.  Now we saw some of that in Wallace to the point he was constantly out of position.  Not saying Dean will flame out.  Wallace has calmed himself this year and is a pretty good ST player. Dean has shown improvement on STs. Hope for more.

I was a huge Dean guy pre-draft, and Im not sure how much STs he got into at Georgia but judging off of his limited snaps on defense, I don't see any red flags.

I don't blame anyone who's not "sold" on either of them, I just don't see a reason to worry.  Not yet.

Sounds like he and Howie can find a way to  make it work going forward.  Let’s hope we hear similar sentiments from Bradberry.

We got really, really lucky yesterday. Saints dominated that game.

I checked late in the 4th quarter and Darnold was like 4-12 with 44 yards.   No idea how they did it, but they need to send that tape to the Eagles.
