Best thing you can try at this point is an AC injection to give you periodic relief. 

If/when it becomes arthritic you'll often see people get a "clean out" which often involves distal clavicle resection where they just take part of the bone away so the joint isn't bone on bone anymore.

It's not a great year for Jackson because of the QB class.  My guess is that they go with a non-exclusive franchise tag or a transition tag.  The reality is that the Ravens are probably the best fit for him.  Daniel Jones is a problem for the Giants.  He looked OK but it's not like he had a great season.  He's a top 20ish QB at this point with no real clear upside.  He reminds me of a less productive Ryan Tannehill.  They could afford to franchise tag him and see how he plays for one more season.  Maybe they pick a QB like McKee or Levis in the 2nd round to hedge their bet.

I think he wanted me to hike or maybe dog sled to his igloo in Nunavut, Canada with a gallon of Jack Daniels for him.  Also I don't think a quart is enough Duke's for them.
