April 16Apr 16 So, the story continues and now I know its made up.Maxey was interviewed and talked about someone asking- what if embiid shows up to the game? And Maxey said that would be amazing. But Im not going to ask him. If he can be there, he will be there. Embiid did show up to the game, and Maxey said he was excited. Went up and gave him a big hug.There is no turmoil. The players seem to understand that he does need to be out. Maxey wasnt even sure if he would attend as a fan but had faith that if Embiid could attend, he would.

But truthfully, theyd know they missed out.

April 16Apr 16 I mean... following this team is 1 kick in the balls after another. Its bad enough our own owner, and front office are all idiots. But even the league commissioner does stuff to us. Why does it have to be this way? The league openly and outward hates philly.

April 19Apr 19 I’ve said this before and before Embiid‘s last two years, if Maxey is your top guy, then you’re not gonna win a title. He is good enough to keep you from being a bottom feeder but not great enough to get you to title contender. Can get a 6-8 seed. The issue I see is with Maxey and VJ is you are likely going to become the ceiling of which the Portland Trailblazers had Lillard and McCollum. They’re not exactly the same. But I think your ceiling is pretty much what theirs was. So unless you find that top-tier superstar to go with them or Embiid actually stays healthy and can perform at that level, you aren’t going to win a title. That said Embiid is unreliable to stay healthy and likely on the down side so the latter is not realistic.
April 19Apr 19 Tobias Harris changing the culture of the Detroit locker room and performing in the playoffs is the most Sixers thing of all time. Other than the Sixers beating the Magic, the Magic murdering the Hornets to get matched up against the Pistons and then kicking the Pistons ass. That’s also the most Sixers thing of all time. Both will happen.

April 20Apr 20 I went to sleep half way through the second quarter. Straight ass. Couldn't hit open shots including multiple layups
