When the Knicks blow it all up this summer, theyve long been rumored to be Embiid's next destination. Would they possibly still have any interest? I would expect next to nothing back. Even pay them to take him. But Id do almost anything if theyll take him.
April 27Apr 27 Doris just said its a "tendon strain" in Maxey's finger. I called it correctly. Its not just a strain though. He tore that thing. Thats why its not healed yet and he still has it splinted.

I think he would want to play here with Maxey but I don’t see the Sixers remotely doing it. Not just would it cost you VJ but also more picks on top of it. I doubt the Knicks at this point want Embiid. I think Sixers are stuck with his contract. Not because he can’t play at a high level but he’s not going to stay healthy with that amount of years left on his contract. If the Knicks did want him I’m guessing you are taking KAT back. He has 2 years left so at least you’d get out of his contract sooner.Imo and people aren’t gonna like it, I would trade everybody not named VJ. Get as much draft assets and capital as you can. Clear cap space sooner. Do an entire rebuild. You keep edgecombe because he is not gonna be good enough for you to make the playoffs with just him as your best player. The sad reality is him and Maxey are going to make you a fringe playoff team and you don’t want that. You just want to be bad so you could be picking high enough to get some impact players to build a new nucleus with Vj. So cash out on Maxey and get whatever you can for Embiid and PG to clear cap sooner.
April 27Apr 27 Boston’s FG attempts the last 2 games are 60% from 3. The Sixers still haven’t figured out. guys leaving their man wide open or just getting lost on defense and giving them open 3s. The Celtics have made 42 3s the past 2 games. I’d assume from watching at least 30 they didn’t even have a sixer in the vicinity of the shooter.

Then no one goes for an offensive rebound and everyone just walking down the court as Prichard gets a layup.I’d like to also point out Brett brown got more out of his teams than Glenn and Nurse
