But any which way you look at it the HC is making the final decisions. So whether he’s doing it himself? Proven he’s not really. Or he delegates responsibilities. Feels like he’s choosing the path of so much skipping and short cutting delegating other tasks instead.

I just don’t know why you always aren’t comprehending what I’m posting. I exactly said 31 teams are doing it…nothing about me having any plans. I called it basic and fundamentally understood. Everybody is entitled to their opinions. I’m not forcing everybodies to be mine. Would be nice if we could have any bar to work with all just being able to agree and understand the obvious for decades league wide fundamentals.
