So Rosie learned about D by just doing what Fangio says.Which works great. Rosie just stepping back and listening to the football guys about the football areas makes him a fantastic GM.

Poor Schwartz, never had the players like Fangio has. We were all a little surprised because Howie historically(until this last draft) didn't take DB's or LB's high in drafts. So huge Rosie changed and got the RBs and DBs…lead to a championship proving how this weakness had been holding things back.

Since Siri sucks and Bark choked and Hurts got married we're going 2-15. I hope the cheerleaders are good this yearMoore isn’t very good. Still we should be very thankful for how he brought the basics to us.

Then you have to show Hurts original contract which was peanuts ..that puts Hurts ahead even more. You compare the 2 each year, the Eagles have way more cap space to work with around their QB than KC does. You have to go to 2029. What dies that tell you?But the time value of the cap hits... even if the money was the same total... the early years matter more because of 2 things. One is how the cap goes up each year, so any amount in 2029 won't be near the same as it is in 2025..or how it was the 5 seasons before. The second reason is it's more flexible to have the cap space earlier in the contract so that you can make moves. Get other players early...lock them up early as well. Once you got them locked then you can plan around. You look at both deals side by side...year by year....in every scenario the Eagles win. Most of them by a mile.I understand your reasoning. It makes practical and short term sense … deal with what is real and before you. With that said, the Mahomes contract is much more focused on the future than the Hurts contract. It is for 10 years, while the Hurts contract is only for four years. How do you assess that key difference between the two?

It will still be hot again In S FL week 4They are not only good teams. Each one has the added dimension of "a story.” Dallas is Dallas, KC is a revenge game, the Rams is a revenge game, and the Bucs is a nemesis game.

May 29, 20251 yr Here’s a question for everyone’s thoughts …What is our base defense? In the Super Bowl it was a 4-2-5 light box. Is there any reason to believe that isn’t Fangio’s preference for a base defense?Ham doesn’t need to reply. We know he doesn’t believe Defense is important.

How do you assess that key difference between the two?I think Hurts contract absolutely focused on the future .. it was written before the 2023 season... and you are talking about 2029. That's 6 seasons of play before you get to 2029. For the NFL...6 years is eternity.

You really think Mahomes contract is going to stay like it is? Come on now. Nothing is locked, they don't want those huge cap hits coming up the next 2 years ..he doesn't have guaranteed money towards the end....you know they will rewrite it to pay him more but also lower the cap hits coming up. It's not anything that looks ahead anymore than Hurts deal.

They will be looking to pay him through State Farm, etc.I do agree they will try and rework the 2026 and 2027 numbers.Time will tell.
