I’d for sure bet the Over on this

Maybe I need to post another video of this kid if you still aren’t seeing it.

I see the kid, but the Defensive schemes he is playing in now is totally different from the scheme he is playing in in the video clips.

So, how do you expect the transition into Fangio’s scheme to go? What will be the obstacles that need to be overcome? How do you expect Fangio to use him?

These are questions you answer many many times about players in the Offense. Now it is time to drill down into the Defense.

I’m betting on the Under (including a tie to the projection). If Carter gets his way it will be an Under. If Rosenbaus gets his way it will more than likely be an Over.

Watch the film a bit closer on Mukuba. He’s extremely tight very purposeful in exactly what he’s doing and up to. Not some close your eyes and launch…he’s been replay reviewed a few times…won those. He is playing the ball so much also. Definitely in pass protection. But I’m talking about watch how he hits and tackles…just how whole approach coming at opponents. Intercept it, rip it out so it doesn’t qualify as a catch and routinely just looking to strip the football.

All good observations, but nothing about Fangio in those observations. Is there a reason you are omitting Fangio? You never omit Sirianni, Moore, and/or Patullo when commenting on the Offense.

Makuba is very good in coverage. Zone probably the most…Man coverage isn’t some weakness of his. He’s played at high levels in the Slot at Clemson. So he really showcasing his versatility. Which extends to attacking the run game also. Punishing hitter everywhere. A playmaker DB that is a playmaker pass, run or whatever.

How is this not going to all be maximized by Vic?

Understood. It will be a toss up between personal wealth versus higher probability of more Super Bowl wins.

The key question is, "How much money(wealth) is enough to last a person for the rest of their life?” Most financial planners will say somewhere between $5 million and $10 million for a family of two owning their own home. So for these players, there isn’t a monetary "need” for any amounts over $10 million.

He can get paid…but in the most team friendly cap ways…would be huge for us. Could easily see some team option kickin involved.

Ham, again you were talking about the player as opposed to talking about the scheme and the ways that the player is going to be utilized in that scheme think Fangio first and then fit Macoba into what you know and can share about Fangio’s scheme

Why is it important for him to "get paid?”

Great. That's why we drafted him??????

What play would this guy not work for? That’d be more the question…if there was any? Nah…the one is his size.

Why would it be important to lock in the best DT in the league for the next several years? Feels like some how you are asking me to explain this to you. Can’t possibly be because you think very little of Jalen Carter’s value.

The exact same question can be asked about every single player on the offensive side of the line of scrimmage.

So the questions you’re asking are meaningless. They do not show any knowledge of Fangio’s scheme.

Wwe’re looking for you to provide the same level of knowledge about Fangio’s scheme that you have about the Offense’s scheme.

You have had no problem making detailed complaints about Sirianni’s scheme. Why are you not able to go down to the same level of detail with regard to Fangio’s scheme?

You are correct. What I think of Carter’s value is irrelevant. What matters is what Carter thinks of his value. He has publicly said that he prioritizes better opportunities to win Super Bowls over getting top dollar. Were you not listening when he said that?

"I wanted to be the best at what I do, try to be the best.” Jalen Carter stated. He didn’t declare himself clearly on top as the clear best after his first two years. Made second team All Pro in 2024. Will Anderson beat him out for DROY honors in 2023. He actually really needs the recognition comes along with all the news and hype surrounding the blockbuster megacontract. Not ideal…or saying it should be the way it is…but how things seem to work way too often. That name recognition. Building his brand. Right there …just short on DROY to Will Anderson who went number one overall. Number one pick had a much larger hype game name recognition beginning. Comes down to close voting? That can make all the difference. Like Hurts trying to win MVP in 2022. His name branding and hype train going towards his MVP campaign in 2022 was light years behind several of these others. Things don’t just begin tied up zero to zero all things just being fair and equal. Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, Burrow….the easy top hyped guys going in from the start. Hurts had to really just blow everyone of those guys completely away to hands down be chosen the MVP over any single one of those super hyped megastars. Which he pretty much exactly did that season….but then just got injured at the end. All it took was that one slight ch1n8 in the armor.

Patrick Mahomes I can’t say wasn’t deserving of 2022 MVP award. But when you witnessed how our team couldn’t win a single game without Hurts should have actually just proved his value that much more and clearly.

But right here especially in the beginning of a players career I’d say Carter needs that hype boost. Will Anderson was deserving of DROY. I talked all about Anderson and Carter as 1A and 1B selections for that draft class. In fact I called them 1A and 1B for the draft class previous to theirs actually. Seems like Carter is doing well as far as name recognition by fans, media, coaches and players.

Signing that huge mega-contract real huge hype message to all. Especially media and such possess a MVP vote.

Can really fudge the numbers on the contract. But Carter does need the hype news surrounding his mega extension to back up the claim he’s the best:

Can be a Tyreek Hill kind of smoke and mirrors reality pay. How he signed way beyond becoming top paid guy…but most of it was all BS fluff.
