Clint Hurtt I feel is flying under the radar as a very quality coach. Under appreciated benefit of hiring top coaches….quality assistants.

Hindsight judgement:

Pay the RB and get the best one you can

Don’t ever pay a RB…committee group of any players works because it’s all Oline anyway

Trying to even imagine any scenario could have taken place that could have made FL and No Mas opinions on this look anymore foolish….or proved out my point on the field so perfectly

What's foolish is you fail to understand what we say and put your on words in and make stuff up as you go then repeat it INCORRECTLY as "fact". Very juvenile to make yourself APPEAR smart(but to be expected)

Let’s assess your opinions occurring countering my thoughts a few seasons back. You claimed committee approach was the way. You stated over and over …”RB doesn’t matter. It’s all Oline.” You even favored Gainwell to start the RB committee as being the answers for us. Didn’t want to pay a RB…or really value a RB much at all(understatement in fact). So did adding Saquan, the elite RB, make a difference? Was it all just Oline…like you preached? Like you still harp on in #HurtsHater attempts.

NO ONE hates Hurt, you made that crap up all by yourself. Did our O line make Barkley better than he was in NY??????? Yes/No with your explanation please

Nobody said this except that little voice in your head

How do you figure 97 yards of offensive production and numerous GREAT blocks is choking?

Can’t rehash this over and over endlessly. I’ve explained my opinion clearly already.

LMAO why did you bring Gainwell into this? He was NEVER RB1. We were talking about Bark vs Sanders. Sanders in NY(gnats) would fare about as well as Sanders did in NC(which was crap). Bark on the other hand was 80% of the gnats offense and he lit it up behind our great Oline. There is no comparison whatsoever. Sanders was solid but nowhere close to Bark and once again you LIE because you called Sanders a "special talent"(see the quotes?). Sanders was more explosive than Barkley? Really?

If there was no comparison…then your question was weak

See there you go again…only relying on adding in fake words into my mouth for your only argument. Never said anything about Sanders as more explosive than Barkley. Find the quote from me anywhere saying anything close.

I did point out how key it was to have Sanders clear gap of explosion over Gainwell however. This is what you were challenging at the time. You stated it’s all Oline so Gainwell leading a committee of mediocre was the path to champions.

Huge gap between Sanders,Swift, Barkley and Gainwell in explosion especially

Sanders just had that explosive ability to do so. Give a nice hole/lane to run? Sanders could take it to the house….of at least a huge gain. But Gainwell?

You didn't say this? Why did you bring Gainwell into it? We all know you hated him. What did this have to do with Barkley?

Put them in order of "explosive". if this is the order your choices are a mess

Gainwell just had no explosion

This was the discussion back then. You both were completely gobbling up Rosie team building philosophies of don’t invest in a RB. You stated over and over how just use a cheap committee because it was all about the Oline. No Mas likes to point towards history as only path anything can be done is how it’s worked previously.

Seemed this whole board was super high on Gainwell. Which if I just am realistic about… makes me a hater I guess. You thought he was actually in competition for the starting role in 2023. Siri’s boy…all the way. He always was forcing in him.

Siri showed so much favoritism towards Gainwell some how he actually did make Gainwell the starter out of Tc in 2023.

Bark was great, could have had the rushing record if he wasn't so humble. When was Sanders close to this record?

Nobody ever has argued Sanders was better than Saquan…ever. I just pointed out how Sanders was leaps years ahead of Gainwell in explosion. Which I made the point was a huge deal in our O. We have a few studs up front who will pancake their guy a couple of times a game. So take full advantage of that is key. Gainwell just couldn’t do it. When the Oline stud makes that big play? Take full advantage.

I’ve never been a Gainwell hater in fact. Just comes off that way for Siri die hard blind fans…because I see him as a quality reliable backup third string RB.

I maybe went too far about Sanders…just a little bit…nothing drastic. Thought having two headed RB monster with two RB at least at his level was a good strategy. But Sanders too dumb. No situational awareness. Obviously Siri didn’t trust him to consistently follow his blocking assignments on the pass game.

For many years i've said that when it comes to training camp no news is good news

This year is no different

You are still putting words in my mouth and lying about it. If you DON'T(see DON'T) have a STUD RB, yes RBBC is the best way and what we did for DECADES..................DECADES!!!!!! I never EVER said RB's don't matter and I DID say a GREAT O line will make mediocre RB's look good. yet you twist my words, add your own then claim I said it and that's a LIE!!! READ what I said. I also SAID I said I did NOT want to pay Sanders what YOU wanted to pay him. And WHAT happened? we DIDN'T pay him!!! If you are going to say I said something GET IT RIGHT!!!! Sanders was a solid RBBC RB was he not??? Was he a STUD like Bark? Answer please. The O line made him look BETTER than he was

There was no committee. Gainwell was forced in by Siri…especially on passing downs. But it’s always been a lead RB with Gainwell as a pure backup,

All proven played out like I’ve been explaining the whole time. I don’t hate Gainwell. He’s a reliable versatile option. Good third stringer.

So to a RB O lines don't matter?

Of course they matter. Went over exactly how we’ve been built to dominate with the run blocking. You are the one who’s all like that. I keep preaching how it’s a team. How together so much stronger.
