Wrong. The Eagles never drafted Swift. You should count to ten before hitting the Send button.

But technically I typed "in”…so…if you were just looking to be a d1ck…you can nitpick the vocab instead of the actual point being made

Agreed, so your Booker comment was foolish. You can’t have 5DL in Nickel. That leaves the middle of the field far too exposed.

Wasn’t my comment…pasted from an article…tell them

I spit out my water all over the computer reading this....lol

You guys are having about the dumbest argument ever.

Swift was acquired during the draft.

He was in camp from day 1.

Gainwell was perfect in his role with the Eagles, not sure where the favoritism angle comes from.

All Eagles fans at the least should be organizing against Goodell. Frankly I believe so many fans are completely over him actually.

GDS

Calc ran back to back TE screens. Seems to show how crucial that play will be for us this season.

Agree.. so we can take away a SB from Andy and give one more to Nick. The last 3 meetings you could say Nick beat Andy.... so glad you bring this up! Time's yours!

That is so trivial that it doesn’t rise to the level of warranting hate. However, if you really hate "lie and deny” you must love POTUS.

You live in California now.... you can tell with this statement

Thing is at the time…I was thinking it wasn’t so much about being against us…but for Mahomes. Things keep stacking up though…where Goodell just goes from one issue against us to the next. Goodell really worked the league owners and situation big time over the Brotherly Shove ban. All run through the Pack…so he could avoid complications over ownership. Then took what they stated and knew that wasn’t going to work. Got them to delay the vote. That way he could canvas all league owners to figure out how to grab enough votes. Reworked the whole wording so he could max out his chances on all owners fronts.

First SB matchup shouldn’t have been that close even. Don’t see Siri to blame for our issues so much though. Gannon for sure failed us!

Two Superbowls ... the one consistent thing was the Eagles putting up points with out offense. Both games our offense out scored theirs. The better O minds

If the pass rush had footing in the first matchup.... KC would have struggled to put up points. That's what CGJ was all about

You’re trying to make poor excuses to help cover for them..why? The Sodfather retired over this incident. League personnel overruled him and purposely did this to the field. Can’t water it that much then put it indoors.

Again your lack of horticultural knowledge reaches up and bites you. More plants die from overwatering than any other cause. It is human nature to overwater. Even public gardens overwater. We think that more water will speed up growth, when in most cases the opposite is true.

If you are going to talk about horticulture, do some homework or take some visits to Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square.

The Sodfather was 94 years old in 2023. He had more than earned his retirement.

You can do better.

We traded draft pick after they drafted a RB that draft.

Then say that. Don’t say we drafted him. We didn’t "get him in the draft.” English Ham, English. Try it, you’ll like it.

You should have figured out to check your facts before even considering to correct me at this point. Wrong again

You said, "We got him in the draft” which is factually incorrect.

The English language is not one of your strong points. But at least you admit it.

One of the biggest challenges the Eagles face in being effective in screens is that their O-Line is so good that when they let the opposing D-Linemen get penetration, it is in such contrast to their normal effective/aggressive blocking that it is a rather obvious "tell” that alerts the defenders that a screen pass is the play call, prompting them to proactively take steps to break the play up before it even gets going.

Guilty as charged, but POTUS is proud of his lies. He knows that if you hear something enough times, no matter how outlandish, you begin to believe it.

As Ham said, all politicians (of all parties) fit that. I have voted for Republicans in my day … Reagan, Meg Whitman … but I did campaign for JFK in 1960. I was one of 3 Democrats in my class. The other 80 were Republicans.

You don’t understand Goodell. The Tush Push merciful was all about creating headlines and buzz. It succeeded. Even the two stage voting kept it in the headlines. All to build audience.

Similarly, Mahomes is a golden boy, so your original thought that any bias was pro-Mahomes rather than anti-Eagles was probably right.

BTW, villains make great story lines, so Goodell trying to paint the Eagles as villains fits the audience building model as well.

Your last line is what Ham is all about.... great stories

Harden to really come to that conclusion but so much. Clearly we had the far superior pass rush. But AR dialed up just quick hitting easy short completions the whole time. That negates the pass rush. Coverage was too soft. Not enough time for any pass rushers to get home on those.
