Very beneficial to The PLAYER and he knows it too I'm sure. In return we got a guy who can compete for a CB job. I see no real downside to making this trade.Booker was going to play quite a bit for us in the rotation.

August 5, 2025Aug 5 We have Byron Young former 3rd round pick we traded for last season, Ty Robinson who we just drafted and Gabe Hall who we signed as an UDFA last year. Clearly must like what we have in these 3 as far as depth goes
August 5, 2025Aug 5 Also wouldn’t put it past Howie to see few more trades and roster moves before the season even starts

So not sure who else has been stepping up. Be nice if we have some sleeper DT that we dig up is why Booker was trade-able. Booker has been starting early in TC.Are they giving up on Ringo? Is that what it’s more about than actually having such a surplus of interior Dline? Raiders fan sites were talking about how this CB was on their roster bubble.

What part of that is confusing you so much?

So my thoughts are mostly revolving around that we trade an interior Dline that was going to be a good part of our rotation this season. Talked about him last year as a player that was good…but just couldn’t get very much of an opportunity in that stellar rotation we had. Booker has been starting TC early on until Carter got out there. We gave up a quality player…so better have received a quality player in return. Is that not fair enough to expect here?

Siri sucks,.... maybe Hurts can get the new CB playing well.... my neighbor's lawn isn't growing well.. maybe Hurts can help with that too.Booker was starting before Carter started suiting up this TC. Guess you just aren’t very aware of the quality player we surrendered in this trade. Booker was known for a real quick get off the snap. Fangio got him in for goaline and such situations. Raiders fans were discussing whether the CB we got in return was even going to make their squad this season.

But…hopefully Hall or Young are looking good this TC. Robinson clearly haven’t been hearing that about so far. He might need a redshirt year it’s looking like.
