Not really against numbers of quality guys first two days of the draft at all. Or draft ammo to move up. Or gives the ability to trade a player replaced with draft pick. Just options …all the way around.

I’m on the road driving from Colorado back to California, so my answer will be without access to the contracts info needed to give a thorough answer, but in broad brushstrokes I suspect that the existence of the Cap will mean we see a repeat of 2025 Free Agency each year from 2027 onward. So Saquon’s contract will be up and he (probably) will need to be replaced. That is just an example. The list of expiring contracts will tell the story.

Vic stated Gabe Hall was a perfect utilization of PS last season. But you aren’t getting that these aren’t the same players just because they play Dline.

For now we seem high on Steen not sure we see a RG drafted unless he is absolutely terrible this season.

CB- also seems unlikely after just investing in Q and Coop

S- again unlikely just drafted the kid from Texas and Blank isn’t going anywhere.

T and TE seem fairly obvious…. DL image would be high on the list especially edge rusher. WR could be pretty high depending how WR3 plays out this season.

lol how are we still talking about booker the dude was expendable we wouldn’t have traded him if we felt like he was a huge part of the DL rotation. Very clear we seen other guys as more valuable

If they are ready to deal now, we could include a TE or two.

Yep.I see zero reason to trade him now. After his lights out performance, he's worth more than that now IMO. Trade T-R. If McCord shows out this week he will probably be cut anyhow. Seems like every season one of the supposed biggest positions expected for an open competition for a starting job in camp….turns out to not be one at all. Tyler Steen taken every snap at RG for the first team.

Haven’t heard about DeJean practicing outside CB during TC. Instead I think he might just become our starting S…in base at least. Probably move to the Slot in Nickle. But Mukuba could be a S or Nickle. So not locking him in pigeonholed on anything yet.

Be an interesting twist if our second round drafted S to start ended up as the slot CB instead. While our stud Slot became our S. Not ruling it out as a real possibility at all.

Still feels like Hurts has a connection with Wilson. Has a feeling of Hurts trusts him. Whether Wilson can do enough on his end seems like the question. Could make for an interesting choice to be made. Does the WR performing a little better get that last roster spot? Or the WR performing a bit less but Hurts believes in enough to go to? Not really sure what the correct answer would be.

Ricks pick 6 McKee. Back to back good practices for Ricks. He might be the most obvious roster bubble choice to be made. If he can continue to string together quality play? He could possibly even challenge for a starting role…or getting on the field in situations or rotation. Yet a few bad practices and he could not even make the team at all. Gotta watch how this plays out. Just seems like everything …absolutely everything is on the line for Ricks depending on how he finishes TC and these two PS games. Be awesome if he completely steps up. Right now feels very risky to trust a player so inconsistent. But two good practices in a row….keep it rolling Ricks!

Hurts had a real poor easy throw or two. One being terribly overthrowing Saquan in the flat.

Terrace Marshall is back. Don’t know if he’s the guy or not. But he’ll have the opportunity to sink or swim. All you can ask for.
