I would rather have DeJean on my team than have to face him on Dullaz's

Not seeing g your final out as any issue at all. Cowboys drafting Oline. 100 percent. But they draft well. So they’ll get a good replacement.

If DeJean is there at 24 I disagree. Nice Oline at 56

With DeJean you have him 5 years(or more) How long will Lamb play? You can't draft like that

Can you draft not considering that…is my question?

I can’t sign off on any DB draft pick at 22 that is overwhelmed by Ceedee Lamb.

Really I’m looking bigger picture at the NFC. AFC way too much to control. Win the NFC. Figured out a way to bring home the parade versus the AFC is the strategy,

We've faced Lamb twice every year without Dejean???? I mean we have a chance to improve the position

And we only beat the cowboys by one game two seasons ago. THEY WON THE EAST LAST SEASON!

He’s a problem!

My whole issue is will Howie pull that trigger? If he doesn't Dullaz will have Np taking him at 24 and in time AJ will have to play against him

Or try the question this way,..what singular player is the largest roadblock for us this season? The next three seasons? 6 seasons?

But then expand that singular obstacle to not just our rival the Cowboys. Not just winning our division. But earning that SB vacation trip …,we are on business for. NFC WR problems likely to exist in our competition?

Slay getting up there. I feel it's time to get a young guy here to replace him, maybe next year. He needs to learn the NFL ropes, but really IDK if Howie would even take a DB in round 1

I’m on the side of thinking he’s exactly the guy we probably…really…really…need to deal with these physical dominant beasts at WR1 for our main competition in the NFC.

We have a good tandem also. Many teams do now. We need the best DB's we can get. will they be shutdowns? Who knows,we haven't even drafted him yet lol

I’m really high on what I’ve seen from Ringo even. Ringo with Dejean outside would give us that versatility and matchup combination I’d like.

Just trying to get you to not be thinking less specific and so versatile focused…especially  at 22.

Howie invests in the lines. He counts on a pass rush which TBH was't as good as I had hoped last year. If you have a good pass rush you can skimp on DB's and LB's(which Howie does) if we have a good pass rush AND a guy who can at least keep up with the WR;s you mention, then we should have more success(in theory)

Facing The Cheetah and Waddle ? Backburner concerns. Texans? Back burner. Hyperfocus on our real NFC SB obstacles.

Maybe when we play certain teams he can play S and let other guys play CB. depends on who we play. With DJ you can do that if that's what works best

I'm focusing on improving positions IDC where they are

So can DeJean handle Lamb, Watson, Metcalf, Deebo? My answer is? That’s exactly why I’m interested in him as a choice there. Think he’s that one guy that can mix things up with those physical WR studs.

Bowers is a generational TE. he won't last until 22,but if he did would you take him? That doesn't fix covering Lamb, but presents opponents with having to cover another receiver. So what do you do?
