Yeah 3 times. IDK what Shipleys injury is or how bad. That being said,Dillon was unimpressive. Can't really judge from 1 game, but I hope he picks it up. But if you are elevated you are on the 53 temporarily

You aren’t on the 53 ...you just play in the game

I’m fairly excited to see what this O can build on liked quite of a bit of what I seen week 1…. I enjoyed see a bit more under center stuff(wonder if it would have been more if BVS didn’t get hurt)

pistol formations were nice to see at least gives the defense something to think about which direction the run is going.

Found ways to pass over the middle area we generally struggle in found Geodart often( the guy that didn’t miss anytime during camp 🤔).

Much rather see Hurts take off and run on a pass play taking advantage of the defense v the designed QB runs

Pass protection was sloppy needs to tighten up. Need to get the outside WRs going( think both starting WRs missing time during camp affected this).

Using a jumbo sets in the goal line to run would be nice to so Barkley isn’t always getting hit in the backfield or LoS.

Even the Dotson pass was deep over the middle wasn’t it.

Ok let's nitpick Can practice squad players participate in games?

Teams can make as many as two practice squad players available to participate in regular-season games. On game days, NFL teams can increase their 53-man rosters to 55 players by elevating practice squad players. Only 48 of those players can participate in a game, which means seven must be declared inactive approximately 90 minutes before kickoff.

But each player can only be elevated to the roster a maximum of three times. Before being made available for a fourth game, they must be added to the active roster.(per SI)

So technically they are players on the expanded ROSTER. The roster is now no longer 53 it' s 55 if you bring 2 players up or 54 if you only bring 1,so they are on the roster until you put them pack on the PS

You and me were on Hurts case about his avoiding the middle, last year and this year I have zero complaints. He now sees the whole field, great to see that happen. Hurts made the jump to all around complete QB and although we knew(and still do) he doesn't have a cannon arm, his precision is terrific. The best part of his game for me was the cessation of PANIC and making bonehead mistakes. now even if he is flushed from the pocket there is no panic, he is cool and in control. His sack count went down since he now will toss balls away OOB rather than try to panic make a play. he matured so much the last 2 years. Lookin good for us moving ahead. I really have had no complaints about Hurts play despite being a hater and all

Lets just throw money at everything

Very cheap known proven starting CB at two years up to 15 mil. Yeah…money well spent. Not like massive thirty mil per player money. Otherwise make trades and bring in a proven not quality enough vet….while creating an obvious target weakness.

Howie looks at everyone, that hasn't changed. No rumors,no BS he looks at anyone who is available. Price was probably over what Howie would pay

Cowboys wouldn’t actually trade him to us. Being reported as being very aggressive…means asking price wasn’t what was missing from Rosie pursuit of Parsons.

So what do you want to do about it?

You have no clue what it means. Precision Guesswork. I'm sure they wouldn't trade anyone of worth to us

I thought Dillion actually looked fine in the 2 carries i watched him take had some power and decent explosiveness.

Curious to see Granson as well assuming he will be taking over BVS roles playing some FB now…

I’d assume they just bring in a FB. It’s long term situation with BVS injury.

Looked really bad to me. Like they had a great plan on predicting our O fairly consistently. Terrible O gameplan and adjustments. What I saw was pretty much the Hurts just street ball make it happen in unfavorable situations. Unsustainable! Need some kind of actual O plan this season…or things aren’t going very far.

Burns is the only FA FB available(formerly with the Falcons) That's IT!!!! Anyone else would need to be converted, unless you want a UDFA add and start over from scratch

It's week 1,with the 1's not the 2.s and 3's now. Takes a little time to see things gel now that you know who is on the team and who isn't. You expect a spit polished O game plan week 1?? HAHAHAHAHAHA. IDK how you allow your #1 WR to get 8 yards. Hurts needs to find these guys

Keep Rodgers. Seemed like such a very obvious decision. Let Slay move on at his age and status. Pay the cheap proven starting CB already in the system.

How could we be labeled as aggressively pursuing Parsons trade…but not be willing to offer much? Not possible.

Looked like Eberflus predicting very well what our O was going to look like.

These guys on O have been together. Gel? This isn’t a new O. That’s actually looking like the problem…it’s regurgitated very predictable.

Seemed like a very wide opinion amongst many Eagles fans. Pretty easy call ..I thought.

We aggressively pursued AJ, we aggressively pursued Barkley. The star fans would have Jerruhs head if he traded Parsons to us. I'm sure they demanded more from us that anyone else. not hard to understand
