I’ve been sucked into looking at a few mock drafts. Pretty worthless. Like one step up from those stupid Power Rankings click bait.

I'm going to look from 15 to 30 when we get closer.  Try to see what I think the Eagles do.  My son and his friends were watching last year which was kool.  It's a little too late this year.

Not sure I’m even visualizing how it plays out accurately. Having returns instead of watching the ball sail through the endzone seems more exciting to me though. So I’m in. Really a fresh opportunity area to take advantage of. Some teams will thrive on them..,others will struggle. Could be a key area for us to get a leg up on people…if we have a good plan that is.

IDK hard to know until we see it. IDK how many kickers are so bad they cant hit the EZ which makes this XFL kick off rule fairly useless. I'm assuming the NFL kickers are better than the XFL ones(maybe erroneously)

Seems gimmick to me....  I'm ok really just giving the offense the ball at the 20 or 25.   Eliminating the BS anyway. 

But for those longing for the 1970s... I would be ok putting the ball back to the 30 and kicking from there.

Really think about it..the kickers are way way way better than before.  The ball goes out of the end zone from the 35.....that's 75 yard kicks!!! 

TD...commercial... kickoff ( touchback)...another stoppage...etc.  For me, it's when I get up to do stuff after a score...the kickoff just a waste f time before the team gets it at the 25

This is probably one of the guys I respect the most mock drafting. He doesn’t go by what he likes and ranks as much as he utilizes his insider info hearing what he expects teams to do.

He has contact with all these guys across the league. He said McVay texted him after  the release to give him a hard time even.

You get no "head of steam" built up in 10 yards. So it will stop injuries on returns,but really I don't see any returns anyhow unless the ball is mis kicked

Now the "Redzone" is called the "landing zone" on kick offs

Where do you ever see power rankings???  I never see them.   What do they mean anyway?  Rankings are for college...in pro it's all decided on the field. 

Here's a rule I would like to see. If your team scores a FG you kick the ball off back farther back than if you scored a TD

I have to be honest... put the touchback back to the 20.  Let these offenses drive longer. The rules are made for the offense.  2 first downs already across midfield.    The kickers can make kicks from there...i miss the old school from that standpoint.
