Anyone else feel as though the game is getting harder to watch? I don't know how the guys can get going, there's no rhythm to the game anymore. Feel as tho it's a commercial with a few plays in between - if we're lucky. Going to try Sky Sports again. As for the game, haven't digested it. Seemed like too much handing it off to Saquan on 3rd and long and AJ underutilized. DeJean and Makuba so good.

22 carries for 88 yards. Less carries than the SB in pretty much three quarters.

Definitely need to find ways to take some deep shots down the field…. Feels like we run way too many of those screens plays…. Saquon in motion jet pass or Smith on a screen nothing past like 5 yards until it’s 3rd and long and then defense knows it’s a pass and we can’t protect long enough for those plays to develop

I thought we went down field a few times to Smith .. once to AJ i thought he was interfered down the sideline.

Not sure when you guys were able to start watching due to Dallas/ Giants OT??

Blankenship got sucked over in the crosser and Q tried to cover for it all. Which he did a fantastic job of. Actually thought he ripped the ball nicely and it touched the ground. Incomplete pass.

Touchdown to the rest of the world

The net's fuming about the tush push tonight, think it's seeing the final year.

Patullo being overcautious is going to cost. Without our opposing teams' mistakes so far, we could be 0-2. He's got to open up the passing game. Fangio's winning these games.

Agree ...if the other teams don't make mistakes...we probably go 0-17.

Some BS officiating going on. We had to get past the line by a clear yard it felt like for them to call it.

Bad calls today against us..

AJ was interfered with down the sideline early in the game, I think first or second drive.

Mahomes TD run... there was definitely a hold on that play on the left edge that got him past the line.

Campbell penalty for roughing the passer when Blankenship and Jackson ran into each other...bad call.

Moving the football on the FG before half..bs

Hurts scored on the 1st tush push...then they actually gave us two bad no calls on false starts.

The one to Campbell and no call on the Mahomes TD were IMO the two most impactful.

We're paying out boatloads to WR's for minimal yards and scores

The handoffs weren't to shoot for a first down, it was to make the punts deeper into KC territory. There is method to the madness LOL

Hell we had some 2nd and short opportunities use a play action take a deep shot doesn’t even have to connect just keep the defense on there toes.

Feels like teams just crowd the box and LoS since all our throws on these short dump offs or we run the ball

We were missing Goedert

Excited for the win; albeit, ugly.

  • Hurts is playing turnover free, which is awesome. He is also not willing to pull the trigger unless his read is wide open or in single coverage. Not necessarily saying that is bad thing; just an observation. Point being he can’t or won’t throw a guy open.

  • Dickerson is TOUGH, but clearly not 100%.

  • Not knowing the defensive play call, I would give Mitchell some grace on the deep ball. And I thought he made a great effort at the end knowing he was beat.

  • Carter impacted the game well as the defense played better, but he looked gassed big time….98 degree heat can do that.

  • I am shocked that Cunningham continues to even comment here anymore as you guys are tough on the guy. But Cunningham, ripping on Barkley for his running abilities is crazy. If you have that opinion, I would keep it to myself. I appreciate your passion. Keep being a passionate Eagles fan!

  • AJ Brown’s one handed catch falling down was unbelievable!…maybe even lucky.

  • Offense missed Goedert.

I agree...the second time we had a false start not called. And another one later not called.

So after the " ref guy who chimes in" said..

" im done with the rush push"

Now we can see the path that they are going to take to get rid of the play.

They can't use " injury" they can't use " it just doesn't look like a football play"

I think they will use " we just can't officiate the play correctly " and they will use this game... 1. they couldn't see Hurts score... 2 they let us false start twice .. and 3 they will say that they couldn't tell if Hurts fumbled at the end.

This is the reason they will give. Watch how they allow us to false start a few more obvious times, just to make it seem like they can't see it in real time.

Im on board with you with the league wanting to get rid of it. I think this is how they do it

Welp, they have the virtual first downs which weren't being used at all. Takes out the ref work on most of those

That's why he is turnover free. You have to take risks when you throw. KISS offense

Perhaps AJ is still nursing his hamstring.

My eyes agreed with Ham’s bottomline, but once it was called a TD on the field there wasn’t enough to overturn if challenged. The key for it being an incompletion is whether it moved in the receivers grasp when hitting the ground. Any such movement wasn’t going to be clearly shown in the replay.

My sense was that the WR found an opening in a zone defense and Q was in a position to chase him down.

Probably closer to 98 at field level if the official KC temp was 85.

Doubtful with an 11 mph breeze. That was at kick off, usually temps drop from that point. But no matter, pros have to play in all types of weather. I hear no excuses from TB when they have to play in winter in Seattle

Not on the false start

💯... he looks good at everything else but cutting. I believe his presence still helps the offense big time though as he draws attention.

First place in the division with a win vs Dallas and also getting @ KC out of the way.

Everyone before the season was commenting... they ckukd easily start 2-3.. more importantly don't expect it to be pretty the first few games, as they need time to gel.

But as per usual.. in the moment we all want it to look perfect.

As much as anything.... Carter was out game 1, he is the game changer on defense. And AJ and Dickerson are absolutely not 100% healthy or effective. Also missing Goedert.

Similar to last year when thr offense had injuries...including AJ.

As much as " coaching " comes into play.... the players matter more. Who do you consider the best coach the last 25 years.... how did that coach do without Brady? Or sone who think the guy we just beat the last 3 times moght be the best coach 🙄🙄, how many SBs without Mahomes?

How did Pete Carroll do without the Legion of Boom together with a prime Wilson? How many SB wins for Sean Payton and Mike McCarthy without those stud QBs and stacked rosters?

How many titles did Parcells or Jimmy Johnson win after leaving their original jobs that had stacked teams built?

The players ultimately matter the most. You can't look great or perfect without the players being great. The opposing teams are too good to dominate without a healthy AJ, Dickerson and a missing Goedert. No matter how good Fangio is, he isn't going to dominate without Carter.
