So one thing we know: whomever we traded Hurts to would be a playoff team for all those first round picks we would receive.

A 3rd is the same as 3- 1's??? Sure Hendrickson is a stud, but a defense takes more than 1 player. If a 2nd was a good deal why didn't cincy make the deal?? because NO ONE offered a 2nd. Out of 31 teams no team even offered a THIRD. Why do I give a crap that the Chargers gave up so much for Mack? Did they win a SB after they got him?

Article after article about wondering why Hurts didn't throw in the middle(and it was his fault).  This was a recent upgrade by Hurts going to the middle for once(started last year) Part of the growth I needed to see to call hm a complete QB and I never lowered my bar

If you’d give up a third for the Edge we got? Then a second for Hendrickson would be a great value in comparison( that we have right there to do so). Now the cap money is really the big gap between the two. Rosie got the Phins to suck up so much cap that he’s not costing us much at all.

Yeah…but c’mon…by starter that’s generally what’s meant. Sure technically certain personnel grouping comes out for the first snap. Now…I believe the issue at hand of whom starts it not…would favor lightening the load big time on Nolan coming back from IR. I know it’s not the aggressive one week at a time approach…but I’m looking bigger picture here with Nolan. Can we give him a light load…or let me say a medium load? I’m not getting way far ahead declaring Hurts a HOF today. But this is as strong a start to a HOF career as it gets. That’s leaving out the incredible intangibles that really is how he’s redefining the position and game.

Mahomes has the best case to be made I’ll assist you with. But he struggles learning what he has been very clearly been receiving from coaching. Bigger arm talent without question. Has the accolades with championships. But he started out chucking to Cheetah and completely relied on Kelce to read and do everything for him this entire time. Mahomes lets Kelce read, adjust, flat out just do his thing. Mahomes just has to deliver the ball after an all time great TE has carried him. HOF all time great O mind HC his entire career gift wrapping the answers to him this whole time. Heck…he’s shown much struggles adjusting and showing he’s even all that coachable. He’s older also.
