When Wentz left Hurts was automatically the starter?? How could anyone claim he wasn't a starter?? Did Hurts have issues when he started?? Or did he just magically come out perfected?? You MISTAKE CRITICISM for HATE and it's a very STUPID flaw in your thought process besides making up things people never said because of your Hurts agendaDude...why still engage?

I hope we retain Goedert - in my opinion he is in a class with Ertz, Keith Jackson and Charli Young.I would just as soon sign Ertz if he became available as any other free agent. As far as draft picks, there aren't any outstanding prospects on the immediate horizon. that I can see...certainly no Gonzalez, Mackey, Ditka, Kelse, Witten or Gonk.If you recall, Shannon Sharpe, like his Pro Bowl brother, started out as a WR. He was a JAG until converted to TE. There is a WR that might be a similar candidate at the University of South Carolina named Nyck Harbor. He would be a project for sure, but wasn't Antonio Gates also? Still another candidate resides on IR - Johnny Wilson.I think we all need to relax with this idea of Ertz coming back. He doesn't block, not a fit with our current QB. Ertz is a volume catcher... we have the WRs that make the catches...Goedert brings blocking and the ability to run after catch...and line up everywhere. Ertz is basically a slot WR. I prefer we remember him how he was no need to bring him in and be disappointed

I wasn't happy how we handled that mid season, dead of night trade. Ertz was popular here, but that baton will need passed soon and I don't believe that is Calc and we need to locate that guy soon. Always loved watching Gates and LT(great RB) play together. I got to eat dinner with LT and Paris Hilton at the 2006 pro bowl in Hawaii. Funny memories. It was a "high dollar" trip right? Best of everything trip. So we were supposed to have those high dollar private double decker coaches to pull us right up to the gate at Aloha Stadium. But the night before, their entire staff(bus) went on strike, so we ended up rattling and rolling our way there in old yellow school buses, no AC, driven by hotel staff and we had to walk quite a ways. For our loss, the group was treated to free dinner at Benihana and they provided/arranged for game celebs to sit with us and my table was LT and Paris. I was telling lame jokes and making them both laugh. LT said it was refreshing to NOT talk about football all the time. The fiancee (aka future EX wife) was not at all thrilled with Paris sitting next to me LOL(I was quite happy with that arrangement 😁) It was a thrill for me as a HS TE to sit across from a guy I loved to watch play. Gates was one of the best at the time, LT was LT and Paris was too cute. Sometimes the best memories are when things get screwed up, but it sure worked out well. LT did sign the tie I wore. The ex threw that out(bish). Those Pro Bowl unis were hideous(and I told LT so and he laughed and agreed) One set blue one set red. I think they had stars all over them, just atrocious. We did get to meet Peyton Manning at the game too. 19 years ago, seems like yesterday :(

Remember who scored the winning TD in our first Super Bowl victory?I guess like Chris Carter, all Zac was good for was scoring touchdowns (and keeping drives alive). Wouldn't it be another great moment if Washinton threw in the towel. released Ertz who wound up in another Super Bowl and went out a winner?
