Well but then I actually dug up a small nugget of how the change was coming to LA with hiring Moore. 12 personnel was on the outs for them with him preferring 11 personnel. Guess the proof is in the pudding and we’ll see. I’m operating under the belief our O prefers 11 personnel now and will utilize motion.

That is speculation on another person with "hearsay” 

I have no issue with going heavy 3 WR sets no issue of we go 2 TE sets of we have the players for it.
 

At the end of the day it’s about getting the best players in the field and utilizing them correctly

Think it’s a pretty save assumption we go with 3 WRs lol unless we drafted a TE like Bowers.

It all comes down to personal I’m not just going to run 2 TEs just for the sake of running 2 TEs just like I wouldn’t run 3 WR just to run 3 WRs it’s based on my personal.

It goes steps further into how likely would we be to draft Bowers. Moore has preferred this all along. Chargers clearly highlighting how 12 personnel was not going to be displayed as much with Moore coming in taking over the O.

You would think coaches will favor using what personnel they have at their disposal. But then they bring in players. So that goes into it as well. McCarthy said something about how he butted heads with Moore over the aggressive approach. McCarthy said he favored a more conservative way of going about business. McCarthy stating he didn’t care if it meant less possessions per game even. McCarty got some dig in about just caring about wins and Championships.

And none of this is Moore going on record saying he prefers 3 WRs again I just want the actual quote from Kellen Moore himself since he is on the record

In Dallas and LA 12 personnel usage went down with Moore versus previous seasons.

Did we keep Stoll? The guy has played a ton of snaps for us…while being a dirt cheap option. Nope. Stoll seemed to even know better than to hold out waiting to return. Kellen Moore coming in…he had to accept dirt cheap pay…not for  a home town discount to remain…but to leave.

Whole different O coming to town…be ready for that.

But McCarthy brought this to Moore in Dallas. They clearly butted heads. Moore lowered 12 personnel with taking over in dallas.

I have no idea about that website. Can’t verify it’s anything legit. But when I sorted by snaps it said Chargers were 13th in usage

Chargers were 6th in 12 personnel usage the season before. This is just using your website.
