April 24, 20242 yr Did we keep Stoll? The guy has played a ton of snaps for us…while being a dirt cheap option. Nope. Stoll seemed to even know better than to hold out waiting to return. Kellen Moore coming in…he had to accept dirt cheap pay…not for a home town discount to remain…but to leave.

The Cowboys used 12 personnel 119 times less than they did in the previous season https://cowboyswire.usatoday.com/2024/01/31/12-personnel-cowboys-2023/ But the 12 personnel went down when Moore was OC
April 24, 20242 yr https://sumersports.com/teams/offensive/personnel-tendency/ Chargers were 7th in using the 12 personnel last year but nope Moore doesn’t use it
April 24, 20242 yr Chargers were 17th in 2022 using 12 personnel but it’s used less under Moore is what you said

April 24, 20242 yr But McCarthy brought this to Moore in Dallas. They clearly butted heads. Moore lowered 12 personnel with taking over in dallas.

April 24, 20242 yr I have no idea about that website. Can’t verify it’s anything legit. But when I sorted by snaps it said Chargers were 13th in usage
April 24, 20242 yr Chargers were 6th in 12 personnel usage the season before. This is just using your website.
April 24, 20242 yr 2022 Chargers had 1240 snaps in 12 personnel 2023 Chargers had 1060 snaps in 12 personnel

Identifying a grouping of four players being ranked similar at a position group you can make the educated move towards. How do you trade back for a player? You can't...you don't know if he will be there? Who trades back for a player?

They struggled some in 12 with the two TEs pass catching and Had Zeke with Pollard in 2022. Didn’t have the same rushing attack in 2023 for sure. Like you stated things do depend on personnel.
