You spend the cap dollars on the selected players and structure it in the very consistent path every time. Exactly why I see it coming and predict it years in advance this pattern. Siri and Johnson didn’t have the answers …but your expectations are the QB should have them over the coaches being paid to do those exact jobs?
June 9, 20242 yr I’ve been consistently questioning this stuff all last season and begging for that change this offseason. By a ridiculous amount lowest percentage O league wide in motion. Now we are going to see motion. Ridiculous low levels of the timing intermediate and quick passing game. Now we’ll see this element added. Bunch formations being added. Are these not exactly the three areas I was harping on needed to change all last season ? The exact things I was pointing out the whole time. Now the answers from an experienced OC and QB coach have been overwhelmingly being reported they are being these most obvious answers to combat things.

He needs to "expand his horizons" now. The tush push should not be the main play of your offense,and while it works(ed) because we don't know how the new O line guys will do there). Hurts has many things to learn yet. IMO he should be farther along than he is,but you sighted some reasons why he isn't. Let's hope some things were corrected now and he can more forward. Our TOP WR's who have been locked in are counting on him as are Paris and Goedert. All players need to participate

This after we felt the loss of Hargave last season. Not sure how to evaluate expectations for Sidney Brown this year. But got Fangio.

Huff is no slouch read up on him. secondary should get better all year as these rookies learn and grow. Dejean is going to be a beast someday. It will take time. Mitchell looks great already and that is a HUGE improvement. Anxious to see how Fangio uses the multi faceted guys we have. I doubt he has ever had this much versatility to work with. I hope there are some better looks now. We need stunts and blitzing more than we usually do. I am planning on being pleasantly shocked on both sides of the ball. If the O line pans out Barkley will set our ground game on fire

One preferably that can play outside. Becton might turn out to be that gem signing this season. Had his head up his butt so far in his career. But seems like Stout might be unlocking him. Could be a real good positive to get that huge moving mountain involved. Want to punish opponents with our RBs. I’m leaning Barkley, Shipley and Milton here. Use this physical Oline to punch the D in the mouth going forward more consistently. Then can go backwards with the passing game. It’s a mentality that especially works with our Oline personnel. Add in Goedert here also. The expanding of horizons I see as a coaching thing.

Agree Ainias is not ready. I'm hoping he can at least fill in 1/2 way through the season. he is also a good returner so I suspect we use him there or RB 3 who has a terrific cast to learn from

You can't hold the ball. teams are figuring out how to force him left and he needs an answer for that which as I keep saying is doing multiple reads quickly Running left is one of his worst traits. He is not good at it. he needs to move IN the pocket more instead of just taking off after read 1. Hopefully this system will teach him how to do it
