Ham has to say everything done specifically for Fangio.... acting like the defense didn't need a bunch of moves and Moore didn't inherit a stud offense with only 2 spots...and first move of thr offseason was spending big money on Barkley. 

The Master Plan has pretty much already been executed. Now you gotta evaluate what’s missing and what becomes available. Kind of difficult to have a trading for a starter right before week one as part of your Master Plan.

You guys thought our team was a legit contender last season unlike me. But now you acknowledge how lacking our personnel was on D last season.  Late better than never.

Well,I hope the coaches DO talk to Howie about "hey I kinda like this guy if he becomes available". I mean I hope the door to Howies office is open for that

Who was out there better at the time? He was a big body who lost a step, at the end of his career. Totally could be used as a slot,but we'll never know. I also believe Howie intended to draft a slot and he was a stop gap like Paris

Exactly you don’t make a Master offseason plan based on your divisional rival will gift you a starting CB so late in the offseason. That’s pure beautiful luck. GM was wise to pounce on it. Unwise to double down and he’s still here though.

Win a lot too... because you keep it simple.   

Similar to the " common sense" or " simple plan" the Eagles did this year.   You have a defense full of holes... you need to make the bulk of your moves there...especially to get younger. 

Offense you have a stud young core... so you don't need to " build " anything, you simply add the biggest playmaker in Barkley. 

Not complicated...you don't worry about the napkins at a wedding.

He was signed cheap like ASAP... not a slot guy.  Nobody had him as a slot guy.

The Master Plan would revolve around your current personnel and cap room. Evaluating all the players at all positions in FA and the draft. Formulating an offseason game plan based off that intel. Less  about this individual player or signing and more about positional tiers.

No one will ever know. I watched him plenty in Miami and he could play slot after losing a step or 3. Nice size possession guy since we are still looking for TE2
