Parker is an outside WR...not a slot guy.

Rosie badly wants the young players inserted. It has been the coaches deferring to the more experienced vets. Think he’s kind of cleared some things out so young players just almost have to get their shots.

The Master plan.....doesn't have to be completed in April like Ham needs it .

At the time No one. Howie found the BPA with Parker,then he quit. IDK if he was specifically for Moore. Howie gets the players and lets the coaches sort it out(as it should be)

Ham has to say everything done specifically for Fangio.... acting like the defense didn't need a bunch of moves and Moore didn't inherit a stud offense with only 2 spots...and first move of thr offseason was spending big money on Barkley. 

The Master Plan has pretty much already been executed. Now you gotta evaluate what’s missing and what becomes available. Kind of difficult to have a trading for a starter right before week one as part of your Master Plan.

You guys thought our team was a legit contender last season unlike me. But now you acknowledge how lacking our personnel was on D last season.  Late better than never.

Who was out there better at the time? He was a big body who lost a step, at the end of his career. Totally could be used as a slot,but we'll never know. I also believe Howie intended to draft a slot and he was a stop gap like Paris
