Mahomes completion 90% over 10 yards , Hurts 59 Factual statement(and you don't need AJ for those)

Best part of Hurts passing game is the short accurate pass and he's even failing there now

Looking at our remaining schedule we have

Browns, Bengals, Ravens and Steelers- of these games think we go 2-2 think we beat the Steelers and Browns but lose to the Bengals and Ravens. For some odd reason we don’t play the bengals well.

NFCE games honestly think we split even 3-3

Jags/Panthers/Rams- winning all 3 wouldn’t surprise me but feel like we end up losing one we shouldn’t so 2-1

9-8 is my prediction for this team to finish the year

If it was against our defense,  we would complain... the other team doesn't get credit....it's bad coaching on our part.   Pick plays are run all the time....this particular one was awful defense.

Pick plays are run all the time….except by our team in that no O scheme last season.

Yes because you know more than a former NFL QB lol…. And Dan even said it was a bad drop on Godard end lol.

I more like listening to Dan talk about the reads Hurts doing wrong and asking whether that’s on Hurts or the coaching the questions that need to be asked

He mentioned how that interception was completely on Smitty for not cutting in front of the S.

Great he also questioning Hurts ability to read a defense which is what I’m on right now and if it’s his inability to accept coaching or if the coaching is telling him to do that.

Yards, TDs, QBrating, interceptions….they’re pretty much identical this season is all I said. Factual statistics.

What about the fumbles

Their both pretty  identical in all the other categories….Hurts has him in fumbles.

Had to pickup Justin Fields as my FF QB no real options Derek Carr been laying duds now lol…. Couldn’t snag Darnold in a trade guess I can’t blame them been lights out so far this season

Yet there are no late byes if we get hurt again. We gotta "run whatcha brung"  the rest of the way

We need the bye now... worked out great.   No doubt.   Every team only gets one bye...for us it worked out perfectly.

We ran them last year and the year before that etc.... running them and running them well or having them work out ....all different things

Agree.... he needs to do a video game cut...at 90 degrees at full speed...very easy for a human to do in real life.

When did Hurts really prove himself here?   Reading defenses?

Look at his highlights... you don't see that stuff in there.  He can be successful as a guy who doesn't try to do too much and get the ball to his studs without making mistakes

You would think this is something that would come with time and coaching even if he wasn’t great at it early on this is what now year 5 for him been starting for 4 years with the same HC.

So question is still is he not taking to the coaching? Are the coaches not telling him to do the right things?

Or... he squats a lot...and that is what is important to him?    Ham will explain to you there is so much more than just reading defenses and making throws....you have to squat and do cleans in the weight room . That's where the leadership comes in.   Why watch film and play the mental side of the game?  We can just blame that on someone missing a block or some other mistake made by another player.  Squats more important than 🎥 🤦

I benched Hurts and picked him up also(Fields) that kid that had no future lol. Hurts will remain on the bench until I see coherent play from him. That may take the rest of the year. A few more ish games from Hurts and I will cut him entirely

The early bye can only be good....when you need to heal up from injury.

No telling when injuries strike. Now we have to remain injury free for the long stretch and maybe a post season berth. Hurts really can't function without AJ. He just falls apart

Goedert had a career day because 2 Saints ran into each other.

And he was read #1 which is about all Hurts can do 1 read and "whatever" after that

Looks like Chubb will be spot played this week. If he is and all goes well,he will be full tilt vs us the following week. Chubb and Ford should be a tandem vs us. Watson has been about as bad as Hurts.

Rumor-Squeelers are eyeballing Adams

Jalen Hurts

Philadelphia Eagles · Year 5

2024 stats: 4 games | 68.2 pct | 930 pass yds | 7.0 ypa | 4 pass TD | 4 INT | 163 rush yds | 2 rush TD | 5 fumbles

Everything seems to be excessively difficult for the Eagles right now. They sleepwalked through the first quarter and a half in Week 4. Without A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, their receivers couldn't get open quickly enough for Hurts to find them. He was holding onto the ball for too long and wasn’t using his legs much to keep plays (or drives) alive. They didn't truly wake up until the final six minutes of the first half. Saquon Barkley finally was able to have some success in the second half, which propelled a bit of a comeback effort, but even that fell short. The vibes aren't good right now, and while Hurts wasn't awful, he's not elevating this group.                       FWIW NFL.com QB rankings. Hurts is ranked 16th

It’s a WR route….you gotta cut in front of the S. Pretty fundamental.

Siri has zero answers…for pretty much anything

What would be the name of the person that would teach a player these things? Could it be coach?
