October 7, 20242 yr We had a week off, AJ back, Smith back, Lane  back and Washington just destroyed the Browns no excuses for us not to dominate the browns this SundayÂ

Just like the female that chose to like the Eagles because she likes their uniforms…..any thought or complaint is with the QB.

Jayden Daniels in Kliff Kingsbury O is something I’d say Jim Schwartz has very little experience with. Schwartz has insider knowledge on our Qb. Stefanski is very knowledgable about the Fangio D.

But I actually can agree with you on Kliff’s O can be questioned about how much staying power it has. He’s brought that college O to the NFL….Schwartz is a long time NFLer.

Fit the personnel with the scheme….was more on paper….but now they’ve seen it under real competitor fire…to adjust and adapt.

October 7, 20242 yr Fangio being forced to face the multiple receivers and physical RB judging by what’s happened so far would look to be a nightmare scenario.

October 7, 20242 yr I’m not going to pretend like I’m not biased. But I think very objectively it can be said these stats for Hurts are slanted the most negatively coming off the lowest possible game just happened against the Bucs.
October 7, 20242 yr  There are there are tons of things to make from this comparison. So many angles about different things. My main view point has focused on coaching. Mahomes has the best coach in the game. While Siri has been terrible. Mahomes has been coached up his entire NFL career by the best. Nobody better coaching up a QB and superstar NFL player.   I can make endless points about just this facet. How well the whole team plays as a unit geling and so on…..but let’s just change one specific bad coaching decision. First game of the season we did a marvelous job at the end just chewing out the clock and icing the game in Brazil. Did the same against the Saints week three. Should be saying first three games we ended with dominating the ball on the way to killing the clock for victory. Except…..Siri declines the penalty knowing we have a short first down conversion we will complete….with the whole thought and philosophy of going to force them to use all their TOs. Bit of risk here. Penalty gives you a first down. But a very smart educated risk for victory. Run the ball…convert the first down forcing the situation with them having all their TOs left.  Right there Siri made the right call….not without risk…but educated aggressive decision. But I would automatically assume when making the correct decision there….that included you are going to run the ball three straight times and going for it on fourth down. Heck if we didn’t convert after decking the penalty and got stopped….we were all in and going for it on all four downs even then. But we did convert…because it was educated decision and we are high percentage built short yardage O. So declined the penalty…they call first TO. Run first down….second TO. Run second down… third and final TO. This is the whole situation you were making the right aggressive call for declining the penalty to begin with. You have to run it on third down. Wasn’t even like the first two runs didn’t work. Wasn’t even in question because of any third and long decisions. It was time to cement the 2024 Team Identity. At the end of the game you can’t stop us chewing up the clock and icing the game. Exceptional in the clutch with the game on the line salting the game away for victory.   Siri used the excuse or reasoning about them stacking the box against the run. Yeah…they already had known we were going to run on them…and they hadn’t stopped it. That was the definition of the moment….when everybody knows you are going to run….you can still run the ball. That’s team and season defining stuff right there. Our team is built exactly to do exactly that! Â

Been an aggressive physical confident team…that forced our will on our opponent with everybody in the stadium knowing it was coming…but couldn’t be stopped.  Physical punch you in the mouth know how to win 2024 Philadelphia Eagles.
October 7, 20242 yr We were losing the Bucs game. We were never going into the over 100 degree heat so short handed against one of the most problematic coaches for us.
