My untouchables are Martone and Foerster. Everyone else can be had for the right price. I prefer to keep Tippett if possible because I think with a proper center, he could be a 35-40 goal scorer.

TK is the one that needs to be shopped but unfortunately, it seems the organization has their head buried up his ass for some stupid reason. That was a bad move by Briere giving him that extension. Totally unnecessary.

Don’t see mcdavid being dealt this offseason. Makes more sense at the deadline or next offseason with one year left on his deal.

He’s scored 100 points in 195 career games and missed a good portion of last season with injury. That doesn’t scream $7M+ AAV nor an 8-year contract. What’s worse is you still need to get Zegras signed to an extension — which is now priced over $10M by Brière math.

Outside of Martone, I think Foerster is the only Flyers forward who actually looks capable of being a 40 goal scorer. I like the idea of keeping him around.

Can they match? What's their salary cap situation? I wish more teams did this- offer a high ass AAV but for shorter term. It'll be an interesting week, thats for sure.

Because if they don’t, you have no chance to get a player at 21 years old that could be the star center you’ve been looking for. It’s worth the shot because Anaheim might say we don’t wanna pay him that contract as he’s not worth it yet annd hurts us down the road. And they just take the four picks. Way more likely Anaheim just matches it, but I give credit to the Flyers for putting them in a position to at least have some shot at someone like carlsson
