The other difference is the cap it frees up over the medium-term but yearh im not going to pretend im happy about any of it

His interview after he was drafted and talking on stage has me hoping the Eagles brought him in or met with him before drafting him and this isn't some Andre Dillard situation where they pull the trigger on a guy they didn't look into because they weren't expecting to be able to get him.

Two 4ths in a bad draft isn't cheap, but like I said if Howie saw someone he loved move up and get him in a weak draft. I'd rather have 4 or 5 guys total than a bunch of people who get cut later

I'm trying to talk myself into the pick. He's clearly talented, but I always prefer the 6'3" dominant physical WR types ... BUT ... it does seem like Hurts could use somebody who is quick enough off the line that they get open right away, for some easy throws. They had almost none of that last year. I just hope with two smaller WRs that the Eagles do not get pushed around by physical CBs, but Lemon seems like maybe he is not the kind of guy to get pushed around like that, a la Nacua.

Can we get a game in first just to see if maybe just maybe he’s good?
