Safety depth is very thin, I'd hope we add another veteran to the mix before the season starts, but I think Jalon Kilgore is worth packaging the 5th and 6th rounder and moving up before someone else grabs him

It certainly couldn't hurt to draft him for depth but they aren't getting a starter on day one at this point. I would think they are trading for a veteran in camp at some point.

I wonder how Vrabel’s counseling appointment is going.

Probably just a bunch of blowhard meatheads watching that video @Godfather and @hputenis made while on shrooms in Bangkok

I mean the picks they got from us. Those two 4th rounders- they seem to have done well with.

Moore has a long injury list. And with Overton’s numbers, why did he last that long? They may be good but I have questions.

F Rivers right before Demmings too.

Rivers can cover big time.

Those are 2 gems.

no idea but Fran seemed to be on drugs when he ranked his players.

Well dude sniffs his own farts all day so there ya go

Go trade up and get Kilgore or Nussmeier and call it a draft.

Demmings just went with a pick that was originally owned by the Eagles which means @HazletonEagle is about to go off his meds and explode.

Masses is now the guy at CB.

I agree but let’s see who is available. Still have 13 picks before we are up

I would be surprised if they didn't take Kilgore if he is still there at 178.

There are still a couple GOOD WRs, and a couple more intriguing ones.

Caldwell and Law are the guys I really like. Unfortunately, I don't expect us to take a WR because the room is already pretty full.

Caldwell would be perfect to groom as a long-term split end. Big, fast, athletic. Needs work but he has legit plus starter potential.

Law is my favorite guy left. If we want to spam slot receivers, I'd love it. He's just so dynamic after the catch. Would give us return ability too. Needs to work on his route running, but damn I'd love to see him after a couple years of coaching in this offense.

Thank you TITANS for sucking. Singleton is off the board!

Agreed, I think we're clearly rolling with Mukuba and Epps as the starters at this point, but if either gets hurt we're in trouble if we're starting J.T. Gray or Andre Sam. Not saying Kilgore is gonna be the starter but I'd rather take my chances with him as a rookie as our 3rd safety

LMAO Singleton just went

Bullet dodged for us

I know you like those combine guys but Caldwell cant play. He has no stats against legit competition. Comes up small every time.

You like speed- watch Malik Benson.

The video is titled "Butt Mud Adventures in Thailand.” You know how hard it is to navigate through a bunch of ladyboys after inhaling an eighth?

The entire room clapping after a draft pick in every war room is pretty corny and kinda North Korea-y.

I was going to cancel my Athletic subscription but they signed him so I kept. The Athletic has corporate themes (much like their owners). Fine journalists but have the jingoism that has always been present from that arena and it shows in their reporting. But think about the statement (can’t reach/not drafted) and think about what we just saw play out on video. That video contradicts that.

I don’t think Berman reported that they didn’t reach him, and he himself questioned whether they would follow that rule in this case. He simply is reporting what Roseman previously said about reaching players before picking them.

As I said, they would have picked him even if he or his agent didn’t answer. He was at the draft so they knew he was fine. It’s a little different when it’s day 3 and you’re working on a short clock and have no idea what the player’s status is.

Nah, plenty of talent left. I'd rather bring in more bodies and hope one hits.

If he goes, I still have guys. But hes the last of the ones I am sure can be our new starter after Woolen is gone.

Another nice pick for the Bears. Dont like to see them getting better.
