Texans @ Eagles Christmas Eve TNF. So that'll be week 16 or 17. Very weird to have a TNF that late in the season for the Eagles.

I'm not a fan of his, but I agree with Troy. SM is smart enough to put him in a good spots similar to what SS did. I'm a biased fan, but I honestly believe he has the potential to be the best OC we've seen in years and bring out the best in Hurts.

If he’s as good of an OC that we hope. He’ll be gone after this year for a HC gig and we’ll be back to square one with that clown Siri..

I just had a dream last night that we lost the opener 48-50.

Glad to find out that’s no longer possible

Are they going to change the schedule? They are playing at some point this year.

Hoping for weak defenses early in the season.

Counterpoint: the Commanders defense is atrocious and it's a nice start for a new offense.

Surprised the Eagles don't play Dallas in the final 4 weeks of the season that's wild.

Week 1: vs Commanders (TBD)
Week 2:
Week 3: at Bears (Monday, Sep. 28) (MNF)
Week 4:
Week 5: at Jaguars in London (Sunday, Oct. 11 at 9:30am EST)
Week 6:
Week 7: vs Cowboys (MNF)
Week 8: at Commanders (Sunday, Nov. 1) (SNF)
Week 9:
Week 10:
Week 11:
Week 12: at Cowboys on Thursday, Nov. 26 (Thanksgiving) at 4:30 p.m. on FOX
Week 13:
Week 14:
Week 15:
Week 16: vs Texans (TNF)
Week 17:
Week 18:

Six stand alone games so far.

If week 6 is a bye that’s another lame MNF game after a bye. You don’t need the extra day then

It'll either be week 6 or they'll sneak it in somewhere before or after the Thanksgiving game.

I bet giants is the last game

Probably

Bad teams don't know that they are bad yet early in the season... rather play them later especially after the 1st month of the season when our offense will likely be a ****show.

That's kinda backwards. It doesn't matter if they know that they are bad. We know they are bad and we want them early - because they are bad. We want good teams later, when the possibility of a key injury during the season makes them less competitive.

Yep, I think hindsight tells us the story. Sometimes a new offense surprises teams early or sometimes it stinks early and gets better

They'll play better because they don't know they're bad - meanstwhile we won't be good, but think that we are.

Looks like the Rams, Niners, and Steelers are the only decent 4:25 Sunday options left for FOX/CBS.

The Commanders were the 32nd ranked defense last year in yards and 27th in PPG allowed. Bobby Wagner, who was arguably the best player on that terrible defense, isn't signed. Maybe Styles will be good, but it's his first game. Zero pass rush and terrible secondary.

They scream 5 win team again.
