May 14May 14 Author Only three road games unclaimed - SF, ARZ, and TEN.Would hate a long trip to SF on week 17.Would love the other two gimmes. (Assuming that the Cardinals and Titans realize that they bad by then.)

Assuming we don't catch them as the 17th/18th game, the next time they will play in Jacksonville is 2034Well Jacksonville is kind of a Dallas.

I think the Commanders' defense has improved at the LB level but it's a pretty underwhelming front. They also have the worst skill position players in the division and a new OC who wants Daniels to do more under center stuff. Their 2 best players on offense are coming off of significant injuries. Also, even when healthy last season, Daniels stunk. I get that they could come out on fire and the effort level would lessen the talent difference but I don't have a lot of confidence in their coaching or players.I mean, I think they are materially worse at LB, at least early. Wagner was the best player on that defense (low bar). Styles will be playing his 1st NFL game. They took the 32nd ranked defense and arguably made it worse.

I don't know if they'd want to waste the Niners that late in the season that feels like more meat of the schedule but we'll see.

May 14May 14 Author A reminder, the Eagles have the unique advantage of two road games every season that don't require a plan ride. That week 18 game at the Giants is a bus ride to a stadium likely taken over by Eagles fans.

Agree on Hockey, TV does the players dirty with how quick the game is and how good athletes they are.Unlike Baseball 😉Cricket is better than baseball. You can play for two days and still not know who won. Plus, you have tea breaks. And, everybody wears white.

Play a test for up to 5 days but walk away with a draw, But the cricket teas are legendary - in the 1970s, player would have pint of Bitter for their lunch,.As an aside, one of the top England cricketers (Harry Brook) spent a day with the Phillies in pre-season after time with the Cards last season. He opened some eyes for how far he could hit a ball; Cricketers are very much range hitters now

It was a fascinating experience. My flight left the night of the India/Pakistan game. Everyone at the airport was glued to a TV screen.20/20 is a great format that has advanced the consumption and popularity of the game.
