Best decision I made this year was to try and get healthy. Lost a good amount of weight and working on a little more and then getting back into better shape

If you are in Vegas you aren't far from some beautiful places in Southern Utah like Snow Canyon Park outside of St George or Zion. Maybe take a drive up and enjoy nature and get away from things.
