Sorry misread your post earlier.

If those are the reasons he wants out then he deserves the booing he’ll get when he comes back to the linc. That’s pathetic.

Wentz hasn't said anything. So he hasn't given us reasons for the way we assume he feels.

Now, (disclaimer --- this is pure conjecture on my part) if there is a divide with the organization and Carson, I believe it's likely a result of Wentz doing everything he was asked to do (by the coaches) to try to spark and carry a struggling team. He wasn't getting a lot of help and was playing desperate football (just like Mahomes in the Super Bowl and Brees in his last game). His decisions were poor and his mistakes ultimately hurt the team. His mistakes weren't the team's only mistakes. Rather than rolling the dice that this will be the game Wentz breaks out of the funk, Doug should have designed a game plan to help the problem instead of emphasizing it. Then after being supported by Doug in press conferences, the team succumbed to outside pressure to bench their team leader. Was it Doug? Was it Howie? Lurie? IDK, but they didn't just bench Carson, they replaced him and ultimately the team didn't fare any better.  So doing this to your team leader and essentially not giving him a chance to redeem himself after the initial benching is essentially a vote of no confidence. How can he feel comfortable remaining here?

In other words, I think he might have been told to go out, take some chances and try to make some plays and then became the scapegoat when it didn't work. As the leader, he was removed and replaced. He probably feels it's time to move on.

Nevertheless the reality. Maybe if you weren’t suckling on the Wentz nips so bad you might give this kid a chance.

Again, the post was not a praise of Wentz, but a reality of how bad a QB Hurts actually is.

Sorry, forgot you're slow in the brain.

I heard a rumor from an inside source. The Fantasy Football GM is trading Wentz and Hurts to the Chiefs for Mahomes. You heard it here first!

Sorry, forgot you're slow in the brain.

You have no clue how good Hurts will be, you’re just another crybaby Wentz apologist. Why don’t you just follow him to wherever he goes than rip Hurts before he actually has a chance to play. Follow your god out door.

Not supporting Wentz at all, moron.

The point was, because clearly you're not getting it, Wentz in 2019 (who many people have complained about) is likely a better player than Hurts will ever be. Hurts ceiling is low.

It has nothing to do with where Wentz is, what team he's going to, how his play has dropped off, his mechanics, what we can expect from him moving forward, etc.

It is quite literally Jalen Hurts will likely never be even that level of QB.

The post was a slight of Jalen Hurts, not a pat on the back of Carson Wentz.

Did I talk slowly enough for you?

I heard Swoop likes to take long hot baths with candles while staring deeply into Carson eye's on his Wentz fathead.

Yeah, you caught me. Questioning anyone else on the team is an obvious indication that you're a Wentz fanatic.

Some logic you got there, champ.

It's why I have both of them on ignore. They're childish and can't have a discussion without name calling or some homosexual remark

Blah blah blah I hate my quarterback, cause his name doesn’t rhyme with lentz. Got it. Go back to saying a guy who only started 4 games can’t play.

For those that don't understand in the real world, businesses don't just make trades like it's Madden.  There are real factors and considerations teams take into account before making an investment.

You LIVE on a message board, scouring it over and over, because you don't have a life. The clown icon? It signifies laughter- idiot. Now go scour and search, and dig and go through every post you possibly can today, because you don't have a life... this is where you dwell, troll.

Sorry about your slow brain. Hey, good on you for being able to make sentences, at least.

It’s funny how the fans can’t question Carson’s intentions and get ridiculed when asking him to speak publicly about what he wants, wishes, or thinks about any of it, yet a bench of press hacks on Twitter can drum up their own theories about what Carson wants and how it impacts his value to a team potentially trading for him and that’s all OK and we’re supposed to just accept it.

Les is one of the better reporters but he’s not doing anything different than anyone here has done for 200 pages and that’s essentially putting words in Carson’s mouth about where he prefers to play.  Les doesn’t know anything more than we do. So I’ll take his tweet with a grain of salt.  It’s speculation. Because nobody, with the exception of wentz and the eagles FO knows anything about what he wants or where he prefers to play.  And based on the reports that he’s not even taking Howies calls, I can’t believe that a reporter is going to know more than we do if Howie doesn’t even know. 😆

I only just spotted it precisely because I don't live on the message board, whereas you spotted my reply straight away, and also you don't know what emojis mean so I can add dumb to hypocritical.

I suggest a mutual ignore.

It's based on the "report" yesterday that the Bears are offering more than the Colts, but want to make sure Carson wants to be there before they invest.

The point here is that fans complain "who cares what Carson wants just trade him" yet the other team investing in the trade says (if the report is true) they have considerations before making the trade.

You don't have to accept anything, and you're allowed to question Carson or whatever you're ranting about.  Most of what we have are rumors, speculation, guesses and "unnamed sources" with various reports, sometimes contradicting each other.

The whole point of me posting that was to show that we can sit here and say just trade Carson who cares what he wants...you know who cares?  The other team trading for him!  That's why things aren't so simple as just trade him who cares what he wants.

And what leads this guy, Les, or anyone else to believe that Carson doesn’t want to be there?  Or here? Or Indy.  That’s the point.  We all understand the leverage Carson has if he wants it, but the only people talking about him not wanting to be in Chicago are the people trying to dream up reasons why the trade hasn’t happened yet.

its. All. Speculation.

Teams, players, agents and various "insiders" are all peddling "information".  Les has been around and is as good at sorting things out as anyone and this situation isn't that complicated:

The Eagles vastly over-rated the trade market for Wentz;  the Wentz camp further complicated things by making it known he doesn't want to go to Chicago; the Colts now have all the leverage and are content to sit back and wait it out. His guaranteed $10 million roster bonus is due March 19th and the Eagles are desperate to move him before that.  As far as we can tell that's where things stand.

Or, Chicago is the Party that isn’t interested at all, and the eagles are trying to create a market and bullshitting all of us by leaking false news of offers that never happened.  Like I said, it’s all speculation and who you want to believe.

Can't believe the GM of this absolute dumpster fire is still employed.

Well, like I said the purpose in sharing those comments is the report (if it's true) of the reason the Bears haven't agreed to the deal yet.  I posted those in response to the people specifically saying they don't care what Wentz wants, just trade him.  You're arguing something else which is fine, that it's all speculation and I agree I've argued that as well.
